	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;Se hace público que la Sra. Presidenta del Consejo Insular de Menorca, mediante Decreto núm. 121/2017, de 7 de julio, ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" class="western" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/b&gt; Nombrar miembros del Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca a las siguientes personas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" class="western" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Presidenta&lt;/strong&gt;: Sra. Susana Irene Mora Humbert,&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p align="justify" class="western" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;- Sr. Javier Antonio Ares García, consejero ejecutivo de Medio Ambiente y Reserva de Biosfera &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="western" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;Las personas designadas como vicepresidentas sustituyen a la presidenta de acuerdo con el orden que figura en este decreto de nombramiento.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" class="western" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/b&gt; Asumir la responsabilidad y la gestión directa del Departamento de Presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" class="western" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/b&gt; &lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;Asignar las funciones de portavoz del Consejo Ejecutivo a la vicepresidenta primera y consejera ejecutiva de Cooperación Local y Promoción Turística, Sra. Maite Salord Ripoll.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 12pt"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;CUARTO. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;Mantener la asignación de las funciones de secretaría del Consejo Ejecutivo al oficial mayor del CIM, Sr. Octavi Pons Castejón, sin perjuicio de la posibilidad de que estas funciones sean asumidas por la secretaria general del CIM en caso de ausencia de aquel y siempre que el presidente de la corporación lo requiera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" class="western" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;QUINTO.&lt;/b&gt; Derogar todas las disposiciones de igual o inferior rango que se opongan a lo establecido en este decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 12pt"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;SEXTO.&lt;/b&gt; Notificar esta resolución a los interesados y publicar su contenido en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), para que empiece a regir el mismo día de su publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 12pt"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;SÉPTIMO. &lt;/b&gt;Dar cuenta al Pleno, en la primera sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
