	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;Se hace público que la Sra. Presidenta del Consejo Insular de Menorca, mediante Decreto núm. 120/2017, de 7 de julio, ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" class="western" lang="es-ES" style="orphans: 2; widows: 2"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;Disponer la organización, al efecto de llevar a cabo la estructuración orgánica del Consejo Insular conforme al principio de división funcional de la actividad administrativa, de los diferentes departamentos que seguidamente se indican, con expresión de su denominación e identificación del sector o sectores materiales específicos de aquella actividad que resulten encomendados a cada un de ellos, en el marco de lo que establece la legislación general básica aplicable a los consejos insulares así como la normativa sectorial que les es de aplicación;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" class="western" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;- Departamento de Presidencia, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;que comprende la actividad del Consejo Insular en relación con las materias de presidencia, relaciones institucionales y comunicación externa, además de las materias de&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;ordenación y gestión del territorio, urbanismo habitabilidad, litoral, ordenación turística y los procedimientos de intervención administrativa en materia de actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" class="western" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;- Departamento de Cooperación Local y Promoción Turística, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;que comprende la actividad del Consejo Insular&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;en relación con las materias de régimen local, cooperación local, asistencia a municipios e información y promoción turística. También gestionará los servicios de limpieza de playas y protección animal, así como aquellas actuaciones relacionadas con los servicios complementarios de la limpieza de las playas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" class="western" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;Departamento de Ocupación, Proyección Económica, Juventud y Deportes,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;que comprende la actividad del Consejo Insular en relación con las materias de trabajo, formación, juventud, ocio y deportes. Asimismo, comprenderá las actuaciones del Consejo Insular en materia de proyección económica (comercio e industria) y en materia de proyectos de innovación y nuevas tecnologías. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" class="western" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;- Departamento de Servicios Generales, Participación Ciudadana y Vivienda,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt; que comprende la actividad del Consejo Insular en relación con las materias de régimen interno, que incluye los servicios jurídicos, los servicios económicos, contratación, recursos humanos, mantenimiento, informática y servicio de atención ciudadana, además del servicio insular de prevención de riesgos laborales, el servicio de prevención y extinción de incendios y salvamento y las actuaciones en materia de emergencias y protección civil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font color="#0000ff"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt; Asimismo, implementará las políticas de transparencia y participación ciudadana, el plan contra la exclusión social, el servicio de atención social a los juzgados y las actuaciones que lleve a cabo el Consell Insular en materia de vivienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" class="western" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;- Departamento de Cultura y Educación,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt; que comprende la actividad del Consejo Insular referida a las materias de cultura y patrimonio histórico. Asimismo comprenderá las actuaciones que lleve a cabo el Consell Insular en materia de educación, cooperación internacional e interculturalidad. También comprenderá las actuaciones del Consell Insular en materia de política lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" class="western" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;- Departamento de Movilidad,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;comprende la actividad administrativa del Consell Insular en materia de carreteras y caminos, transportes e inspección técnica de vehículos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" class="western" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;- Departamento de Bienestar Social y Familia,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt; que comprende la actividad propia del Consejo Insular en relación con las materias de servicios sociales y seguridad social; atención y apoyo a personas dependientes, a personas con discapacidad, a persones mayores y a los colectivos en situación de riesgo o necesidad; atención a personas inmigrantes y recién llegadas; atención social a los drogodependientes y personas con otras adicciones; tutela, acogimiento y adopción de menores; familia; promoción de la salud, y políticas de género.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" class="western" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;- Departamento de Medio Ambiente y Reserva de Biosfera, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;que comprende la actividad del Consejo Insular referida a las materias de agricultura, ganadería, pesca, caza, recursos cinegéticos y denominaciones de origen. Comprenderá, asimismo, la actividad referida a medio ambiente, reserva de biosfera, agua, residuos y energía. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" class="western" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt; Derogar todas las disposiciones de rango igual o inferior que se opongan a lo establecido en este decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
