	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 169.1, por remisión del 177.2, del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, se somete el expediente a exposición pública por el plazo de quince días a contar desde el día siguiente de la inserción de este anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears, para que las personas interesadas puedan examinar el expediente y presentar las reclamaciones que estimen oportunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Si transcurrido dicho plazo no se hubiesen presentado alegaciones, se considerará aprobado definitivamente dicho acuerdo, hasta entonces provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
