![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">El Alcalde en fecha 6 de junio de 2017, emitió el decreto núm. 61, que dice el siguiente:</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Antecedentes del acuerdo:</strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">En base a la resolución de 9 de abril de 1997, de la Subsecretaria del Ministerio de la Presidencia, por la que se dispone la publicación de la Resolución de 1 de abril de la Presidenta del Instituto Nacional de Estadística y del Director general de Cooperación Territorial, por la que se dictan las instrucciones técnicas a los ayuntamientos sobre la gestión y revisión del Padrón municipal.</span></p> <p style="margin:0px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Vista la resolución de 30 de enero de 2015, de la Presidencia de de Instituto Nacional de Estadística y de la Dirección general de Coordinación de Competencias en las Comunidades Autónomas y entidades Locales, sobre instrucciones técnicas a los Ayuntamientos sobre gestión del padrón municipal.</span></p> <p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>RESUELVO:</strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Primero.-</strong> Dar de baja de oficio por inscripción indebida al padrón municipal de habitantes para incumplir los requisitos establecidos al arte. 54 Oficial de las Islas Baleares para manifestar si está o no de acuerdo con la baja, pudiendo a alegar y presentar los documentos y justificaciones que estime pertinentes, al objeto de acreditar que es en este municipio en el que reside el mayor número de días al año.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Tercero.-</strong> Una vez pasado el mencionado plazo sin que se haya utilizado el derecho para presentar a alegaciones o aportar pruebas, de acuerdo con el artículo 72 del vigente De acuerdo con el artículo 72 del Reglamento de Población y Demarcación Territorial de las entidades Locales (Real Decreto 2612/1996, de 20 de diciembre.)” se enviará el expediente al “ Consejo de Empadronamiento”, para que emita de oportuno informe.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Quart.-</strong> El que se anuncia en aplicación del previsto al arte. 44 de la Ley 39/2015, de
