	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;De conformidad con las disposiciones vigentes, se hace público el Decreto de alcaldía 25/2017 de fecha 25 de abril, por el que el Alcalde adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Joan Sastre Coll, Alcalde-Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Selva en virtud de las atribuciones que por Ley se me confieren, y especialmente las señaladas en el art. 41 del RD 2568 de 28 de noviembre de 1986, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales (ROF).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Atendiendo lo establecido en el artículo 23 de la Ley 7/85, de 2 de abril, así como lo establecido en el art. 46 y ss del ROF. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESUELVO: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Cesar a la regidora Joana Maria Coll como segunda Teniente de Alcalde, nombrada por Decreto de Alcaldía 404/2016, de 4 de noviembre, con efectos de fecha 18 de abril de 2017.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/strong&gt;Nombrar segunda Teniente de Alcalde a la regidora: Sandra López Caballol&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A los Tenientes de Alcaldes les corresponde sustituir en la totalidad de las funciones al Alcalde, en caso de ausencia, enfermedad, o impedimento que le imposibilite para cumplir en sus funciones, también en el supuesto de vacante de Alcaldía, hasta la toma de posesión del nuevo Alcalde.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar el presente Decreto al interesado por su conocimiento y a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar el presente Decreto en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears, sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día siguiente de la firma de la presente Resolución.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.- &lt;/strong&gt;Que del presente Decreto, se informe al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que este celebre.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
