	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Objeto del juicio: Reclamación de cantidad derivada de un contrato de préstamo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;PARTE DISPOSITIVA &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Que DEBO ESTIMAR y ESTIMO la demanda formulada por Dª. Matilde Teresa Segura Seguí, Procuradora de los Tribunales, en nombre y representación de SANTANDER CONSUMER FINANCE EFC S.A. contra D. CICERO RODRIGUES DA SILVA y debo CONDENAR y CONDENO a la parte demandada a abonar a la actora la cantidad total de 9.217,05 euros, más los intereses legales desde la interposición de la demanda y los intereses procesales del art. 576 LEC, así como al pago de las costas procesales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Contra la presente resolución cabe interponer Recurso de Apelación, en el plazo máximo e improrrogable de VEINTE días, a contar desde el día siguiente a la notificación de la presente resolución, previa consignación del depósito de 50 euros previsto en la DA 15ª LOPJ y la tasa correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Así por ésta, mi Sentencia, la pronuncio, mando y firmo Dª. Martina Mora Torrens, Magistrado-Juez Titular del Juzgado de Primera Instancia nº 5 de Palma de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Publicación.- Leída y publicada que ha sido la anterior sentencia por la Ilustre Juez que la dictó, constituida en audiencia pública en el mismo día de su fecha. Doy Fe. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y como consecuencia del ignorado paradero de D. CICERO RODRIGUEZ DA SILVA , se extiende la presente para que sirva de cédula de notificación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En PALMA DE MALLORCA, a veinticinco de mayo de dos mil diecisiete. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
