	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La Alcaldia, mediante la resolución número 000051 con fecha del 26-05-2017, adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;"Dado que el señor Adolfo Vilafranca Florit, en el Ple ordinario de día 18 de mayo de 2017, tomó posesión del cargo de concejal del Grupo Municipal Popular (PP) en el Ajuntament de Ciutadella de Menorca, en sustitución, por renuncia, de la señora Nuria Torrent Pallicer, y con la renuncia anticipada previa de la señora Emma López Sans;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Dado que, de acuerdo con el artículo 125 c del Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las corporaciones locales (ROF) y el artículo 94 del Reglamento orgánico municipal (RON), la adscripción a las comisiones informativas se realizará mediante escrito del portavoz dirigido al alcalde o presidente, y se dará cuenta de ello al Ple;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Vistos los escritos del portavoz del Grupo Municipal Popular (PP), el señor Juan David Benejam Escanellas, con registros de entrada telemáticos 008849 y 008850, de 25 de mayo de 2017, en los que comunica las personas titulares y suplentes de su partido en las diferentes comisiones informativas, a raíz de la renuncia producida;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Por todo lo expuesto,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO: &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar la modificación de la composición de las diferentes comisiones informativas del Grupo Municipal Popular (PP), que quedará de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;COMISSIÓ INFORMATIVA D'ORGANITZACIÓ I DE SEGURETAT &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Titulares: Sr. Juan David Benejam Escanellas y Sr. Juan Carrasco Domingo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
