	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En el expediente administrativo de apremio que se instruye en esta Recaudación Municipal por débitos a esta Hacienda Local contra el deudor que se cita, se ha dictado la siguiente providencia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“PROVIDENCIA.-Habiéndose efectuado por Perito Tasador a requerimiento de esta Recaudación Municipal la valoración de los bienes embargados al deudor a que se refiere este expediente y con&amp;nbsp; referencia a precios de mercado y de acuerdo con los criterios habituales de valoración procédase a la notificación a dicho deudor de la valoración practicada de conformidad a lo que dispone el artículo 97.3 del Real Decreto 939/2005, de 29 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento General de Recaudación. &lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;RECURSOS: Contra dicho acto de valoración de bienes embargados, que no es definitivo en la vía administrativa, los interesados podrán interponer, en caso de discrepancia, VALORACIÓN PERICIAL CONTRADICTORIA ante esta Recaudación Municipal en el plazo de QUINCE DÍAS hábiles contados desde el día siguiente al de recibo de esta notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;ADVERTENCIA: De no hacer los interesados uso del derecho que les asiste de presentar valoración pericial contradictoria dentro del plazo concedido, se entenderá que renuncian al mismo, sirviendo en este caso la valoración practicada a requerimiento de esta Recaudación Municipal como tipo para la subasta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Notifíquese por edictos que se publicaran en el Boletín Oficial de la&amp;nbsp; Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares y en el tablón de anuncios de este ayuntamiento para que comparezcan los interesados y/o sus representantes a efectos de recibir la notificación pertinente, al haberse intentado la notificación por dos veces y&amp;nbsp; no haber tenido efecto por causas no imputables a esta administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La comparecencia deberá producirse en el plazo de DIEZ DÍAS hábiles contados desde el día siguiente al de la publicación de este anuncio en el Boletín Oficial. Transcurrido dicho Plazo si no se hubiese comparecido, la notificación se entenderá producida a todos los efectos legales desde el día siguiente al del vencimiento del plazo señalado para comparecer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Órgano que tramita el expediente: Recaudación Municipal.
