	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Natalia Troya Isern, alcaldesa presidenta del Ajuntament de Son Servera (Illes Balears), ha resuelto mediante el decreto núm.2017-0813, de 18 de maig, lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Vista la resolución de Alcaldía núm. 2017-0391, de 6 de marzo, por la que se convoca un concurso-oposición para formar parte de una BOLSA DE TRABAJO DE EDUCADORAS Y EDUCADORES SOCIALES del Ajuntament de Son Servera (Illes Balears),), para la cobertura, como personal laboral temporal, de las necesidades que puedan subvenir por las necesidades del servicio, tales como necesidades urgentes derivadas del aumento de la demanda, bajas laborales, jubilaciones, licencias, vacaciones, etc, publicada en el BOIB núm. 29, de 9 de marzo de 2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Considerando la propuesta realizada por el tribunal de la convocatoria reseñada, en el acta de las revisiones solicitadas y propuesta definitiva, de fecha 10 de mayo de 2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;De acuerdo con la legislación vigente en materia de personal, y en uso de las atribuciones conferidas en el artículo 21.1.g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases del Régimen Local y el artículo 41.14 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización y funcionamiento de régimen jurídico de las Entidades locales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;RESOLC:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Constituir la BOLSA DE TRABAJO DE EDUCADORAS Y EDUCADORES SOCIALES del Ajuntament de Son Servera, para la para la cobertura, como personal laboral temporal, de las necesidades que puedan subvenir por las necesidades del servicio, tales como necesidades urgentes derivadas del aumento de la demanda, bajas laborales, jubilaciones, licencias, vacaciones, etc. (publicada en el BOIB núm. 29, de 9 de marzo de 2017), de acuerdo al orden de prelación, como sigue :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
