	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;De conformidad con las disposiciones vigentes, se hace público el Decreto de Alcaldía 23/2017 de fecha 18 de abril, por el que el Alcalde adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Joan Sastre Coll, Alcalde-Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Selva en virtud de las atribuciones que por Ley se me confieren, y especialmente las señaladas en el art. 41 del RD 2568 de 28 de Noviembre de 1986, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales (ROF).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 23 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, así como lo establecido en el art. 46 y ss del ROF. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;De conformidad con la constitución de la Junta de Gobierno Local, por acuerdo del Pleno de fecha 8 de Noviembre de 2016, y las competencias que le son atribuidas&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESUELVO: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primero.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Modificar la composición de la Junta de Gobierno Local aprobada por Decreto de Alcaldía 406/2016, de 4 de Noviembre.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aprobar la nueva composición de la Junta de Gobierno Local, la qual estará presidida por el Alcalde e integrada por tres regidores: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Alcalde-Presidente: Joan Sastre Coll&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Regidores: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Antoni Daniel Frontera Borrueco &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Sandra López Caballol&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Esperança Montiel López&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tercero.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Notificar el presente Decreto a los interesados para su conocimiento y a los efectos oportunos. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cuarto.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Publicar el presente Decreto en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears, sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día siguiente de la firma de la presente Resolución.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Quinto-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Que del presente Decreto se informe al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que éste celebre. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
