	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;Dª BEGOÑA MARÍ RUIZ, Letrado de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado de lo Social nº 2 de PALMA DE MALLORCA, &lt;strong&gt;HAGO SABER&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;Que en el &lt;strong&gt;PROCEDIMIENTO ORDINARIO 969/2016&lt;/strong&gt; de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguido &lt;strong&gt;a instancia de D. MANUEL ANTONIO MARTIN DIAZ contra FOGASA, VOLNET SL, NEWREST GROUP HOLDING SA&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; sobre RECLAMACIÓN DE CANTIDAD&lt;/strong&gt;, se ha dictado por la Letrado de la Administración de Justicia &lt;strong&gt;Decreto nº 290/2017 de fecha 20/04/17&lt;/strong&gt;, cuya &lt;strong&gt;PARTE DISPOSITIVA&lt;/strong&gt; se relaciona:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;“PARTE DISPOSITIVA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Acuerdo:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Se aprueba la conciliación alcanzada entre las partes, en los términos expresados en la comparecencia previa a esta resolución.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Archívense las actuaciones.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Notifíquese la presente resolución, haciendo saber a las partes que la acción para impugnar la validez de la conciliación se ejercitará ante este mismo órgano, por los trámites y con los recursos establecidos en la LJS. La acción caducará a los treinta días de la fecha de su celebración. Para los terceros perjudicados el plazo contará desde que pudieran haber conocido el acuerdo. Las partes podrán ejercitar la acción de nulidad por las causas que invalidan los contratos y la impugnación por los posibles terceros perjudicados podrá fundamentarse en ilegalidad o lesividad. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;MODO DE IMPUGNACIÓN:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Mediante recurso de reposición a interponer ante quien dicta esta resolución, en el plazo de &lt;strong&gt;TRES DÍAS&lt;/strong&gt; hábiles siguientes a su notificación con expresión de la infracción que a juicio del recurrente contiene la misma, sin que la interposición del recurso tenga efectos suspensivos con respecto a la resolución recurrida.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="center" style="text-align:left;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;LA LETRADO DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN DE JUSTICIA”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;Y para que &lt;strong&gt;sirva de NOTIFICACIÓN EN LEGAL FORMA a VOLNET SL, en ignorado paradero&lt;/strong&gt;, expido el presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
