	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En el presente procedimiento seguido a instancia de JP INSTAL.LACIONS SANITARIES SL frente a MIGUEL FUSTER FORTEZA, JUAN MANUEL VIVES GARCIA se ha dictado sentencia, cuyo tenor literal es el siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;SENTENCIA: 00038/2016 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En Palma de Mallorca, a 8 de febrero de 2016 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Vistos por mí, Don Víctor Manuel Casaleiro Ríos, juez del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Palma de Mallorca, los autos de Juicio Ordinario con número 720/2012, en el que es parte demandante la entidad mercantil J.P. Instalacions Sanitaries S.L., representada por el Procurador Don Onofre Perelló Alorda y asistida por el Letrado Don Gabriel Llull Quetglas, y parte demandada Don Miguel Fuster Forteza y Don Juan Manuel Vives García, sin representación procesal ni asistencia letrada, por lo que se le declaró en situación de rebeldía procesal, habiendo versado el presente procedimiento sobre RECLAMACIÓN DE CANTIDAD Y RESPONSABILIDAD POR DEUDAS, dicto la presente sentencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;FALLO &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Que con ESTIMACIÓN ÍNTEGRA de la demanda &lt;/strong&gt;presentada por la Procuradora Don Onofre Perelló Alorda, en nombre y representación de la entidad mercantil J.P. Instalacions Sanitaries S.L. contra Don Miguel Fuster Forteza y Don Juan Manuel Vives García debo DECLARAR Y DECLARO que Don Miguel Fuster Forteza y Don Juan Manuel Vives García adeudan a la entidad mercantil Mamirofu S.L., la cantidad de 6.889,55 euros y, en consecuencia, debo &lt;strong&gt;CONDENAR y CONDENO&lt;/strong&gt; a Don Miguel Fuster Forteza y Don Juan Manuel Vives García a abonar a la entidad mercantil J.P. Instalacions Sanitaries S.L. la cantidad de 6.889,55 euros, más los intereses explicitados en el fundamento de derecho tercero. Todo ello con expresa condena en costas procesales a la parte demandada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Notifíquese la presente resolución a las partes, haciéndoles saber que la misma no es firme y que contra ella cabe interponer RECURSO DE APELACIÓN, el cual deberá interponerse en este Juzgado en el plazo de VEINTE DÍAS a contar desde la fecha de su efectiva notificación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Así por esta mi Sentencia, de la que se unirá testimonio a los autos de su razón, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y encontrándose dicho demandado, JUAN MANUEL VIVES GARCIA , en paradero desconocido, se expide el presente a fin de que sirva de notificación en forma al mismo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;PALMA DE MALLORCA a diez de marzo de dos mil diecisiete. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
