&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Que en el procedimiento DESPIDO/CESES EN GENERAL 0000274 /2015 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª CRISTOBAL BOSCH JIMENEZ contra la empresa&amp;nbsp; PAVIMENTOS INDUSTRIALES MIRACLE SLU, sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="center"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“ &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;SENTENCIA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En Palma de Mallorca, a 20 DE MARZO DE 2017.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;JUEZ:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; MONICA GARCIA BARTOLOME&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;DEMANDANTE&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;: CRISTOBAL BOSCH JIMENEZ&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;DEMANDADO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;: PAVIMENTOS INDUSTRIALES MIRACLE SLU(NO COMPARECE)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;ABOGADO/GRADUADO SOCIAL&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;OBJETO DEL JUICIO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;: DESPIDO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="center"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;FALLO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;ESTIMAR&lt;/strong&gt; la demanda interpuesta por&amp;nbsp; contra la entidad PAVIMENTOS INDUSTRIALES MIRACLE SLU, DECLARANDO LA IMPROCEDENCIA DEL DESPIDO efectuado en fecha diez de febrero de 2015 por la empresa demandada, CONDENANDO a la misma a que abone al trabajador una indemnización cifrada en 4.197,35 euros, DECLARANDO EXTINGUIDA la relación laboral habida entre las partes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Notifíquese a las partes esta resolución, haciéndoles saber que contra la misma cabe interponer &lt;strong&gt;recurso suplicación&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; ante la Sala de lo Social del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares que deberá anunciarse dentro de los &lt;strong&gt;cinco días&lt;/strong&gt; siguientes a la notificación de la presente resolución, bastando para ello la mera manifestación de la parte o de su Abogado o representante, al hacerle la notificación de aquélla, de su propósito de entablarlo. También podrá anunciarse por comparecencia o por escrito de las partes o de su Abogado o representante ante este Juzgado dentro del indicado plazo. Todo el que sin tener la condición de trabajador o causahabiente suyo o beneficiario del Régimen Público de Seguridad Social intente entablar el recurso de Suplicación consignará como depósito la cantidad de 150,25 euros en el Banco Bilbao Español de Crédito ( BANESTO) en la cuenta “Depósitos y consignaciones del Juzgado de lo Social nº 1 de Palma de Mallorca. El recurrente deberá hacer entrega del resguardo acreditativo en la Secretaría del Juzgado al tiempo de interponer el recurso.&amp;nbsp; Al propio tiempo será indispensable que el recurrente que no gozara del beneficio de justicia gratuita acredite al anunciar el recurso de Suplicación haber consignado en el BANESTO en la cuenta abierta a nombre del Juzgado de lo Social nº 1 la cantidad objeto de la condena pudiendo sustituir la consignación en metálico por el aseguramiento mediante aval bancario en el que deberá hacer constar la responsabilidad solidaria del avalista y su duración indefinida en tanto por este Juzgado no se autorice su cancelación. La acreditación se hará mediante presentación del resguardo de la consignación en metálico o en su caso, el documento de aseguramiento. De no anunciarse el recurso contra la presente, firme que sea, procédase al archivo de las actuaciones, previa baja en el libro correspondiente.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por esta mi sentencia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PUBLICACIÓN.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Leída y publicada ha sido la anterior sentencia por la Sra. Juez Sustituta que la dictó, hallándose celebrado audiencia pública, en el mismo día de su fecha. Doy fe.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a&amp;nbsp; PAVIMENTOS INDUSTRIALES MIRACLE SLU, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de ILLES BALEARS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
