2017-04-08 10720 3461 text/html CAIB 592915 es es CAIB ![CDATA[Retirada vehículo]] 2017-04-08 2017-04-05 CAIB 1260 10720 ![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Después de haber intentado la notificación correspondiente, no se ha podido hacer efectiva, por tanto, según lo previsto en el artículo 59.4 de la Ley&nbsp; 30/92, de 26 de noviembre, del régimen jurídico de la administraciones públicas y procedimiento administrativo común, modificada por la Ley 4/1999, se comunica al titular del vehículo que se relaciona más abajo, que éste permanece en el deposito municipal del Ayuntamiento de Campos.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Que habiendo transcurridos más de dos meses desde que se realizó dicho deposito y&nbsp; de conformidad con lo establecido en el art. 86, del texto articulado de la Ley sobre tráfico, circulación de vehículos a motor y seguridad vial, aprobado por el RDL 339/90 de 2 de marzo, se le requiere para que en el plazo de QUINCE DIAS, contados desde el día siguiente a la publicación de este escrito, proceda a la retirada del mismo, advirtiéndole que de no realizar dicho trámite, se procederá al tratamiento de dicho vehículo como residuo sólido urbano, todo ello de acuerdo con la Ley 10/1998 de residuos.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Así mismo se le comunica que, si no desea realizar su retirada, sólo quedará exento de la responsabilidad administrativa por esta causa, si lo cede a un gestor autorizado de residuos o al propio ayuntamiento.
