CAIB 2017-03-25 592386 ![CDATA[Resolución de la Consejera de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas por la que se aprueba la lista de aspirantes seleccionados en el concurso para formar parte de una bolsa extraordinaria para cubrir, con carácter de interinidad, plazas vacantes del cuerpo facultativo superior, escala sanitaria, especialidad medicina, para las islas de Mallorca y Menorca, de la Administración especial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares]] 2017-03-23 CAIB es text/html 2017-03-25 130 8647 CAIB ![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Hechos</strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">La Comisión Técnica de Valoración del concurso para formar parte de una bolsa extraordinaria para cubrir, con carácter de interinidad, plazas vacantes del cuerpo facultativo superior, escala sanitaria, especialidad medicina, para las islas de Mallorca y Menorca, de la Administración especial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, convocado por Resolución de 24 de octubre de 2016 (BOIB núm. 142, de 10 de noviembre) ha firmado la propuesta definitiva para determinar la composición final de la bolsa.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Fundamentos de derecho</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">El artículo 16 c) de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">El artículo 6.3 c) de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">El Decreto 30/2009, de 22 de mayo, por el que se aprueba el procedimiento de selección de personal funcionario interino al servicio de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">La base 10 de la Resolución de convocatoria, de 24 de octubre de 2016 (BOIB núm. 142, de 10 de noviembre).</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"> <strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Propuesta de resolución</span></strong></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Propongo a la Consejera de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas que dicte una resolución en los siguientes términos:</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">1. Aprobar, según la propuesta definitiva que ha efectuado la Comisión Técnica de Valoración nombrada al efecto, la composición final de la bolsa de personal funcionario interino del cuerpo facultativo superior, escala sanitaria, especialidad medicina, para las islas de Mallorca, y Menorca, de la Administración especial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, convocado por Resolución de 24 de octubre de 2016 (BOIB núm. 142, de 10 de noviembre) con indicación de todas las personas integrantes, el orden de prelación y la puntuación obtenida, que figura en el anexo de esta Resolución.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">2. Publicar esta Resolución en el tablón de anuncios de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en la web de la EBAP del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares.</span></p> <p> <strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Interposición de recursos</span></strong></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la Consejera de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas, en el plazo de un mes contado a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta Resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998 , de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">&nbsp; </span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Palma, 13 de marzo de 2017</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>El director general de Función Pública y Administraciones Públicas</strong><br /> Pedro Jiménez Ramírez</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Conforme con la propuesta.
