	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;1. La Resolución de la presidenta de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública (EBAP) de 5 de diciembre de 2016 aprueba el plan anual, la convocatoria y las pruebas de los cursos de lengua catalana que organiza la EBAP para el año 2017 (BOIB n.º 154, de 8 de diciembre de 2016).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;2. El punto 23.1 de las instrucciones por las que se rigen los cursos de lengua catalana del año 2017 de la EBAP, que se incluyen como anexo 2 de la mencionada resolución, establece que las pruebas de los diferentes niveles de lengua catalana se llevarán a término en convocatoria única, que se realizará en el mes de junio de 2017. El punto 23.2 de estas mismas instrucciones establece que, antes de acabar los cursos de todas las modalidades, se publicarán en la página web de la EBAP y en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; las fechas concretas, el horario y los lugares de realización de las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;3. Los puntos 17, 18 y 19 de las instrucciones por las que se rigen los cursos de lengua catalana del año 2017 de la EBAP, que se incluyen como anexo 2 de la mencionada resolución, establecen los requisitos que tienen que cumplir los alumnos de las diferentes modalidades de aprendizaje para tener derecho a examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;4. Por otro lado, todos los alumnos con derecho a examen podrán examinarse y ser evaluados tanto de la parte escrita como de la parte oral de las pruebas, en su caso. No obstante, no se corregirá totalmente la parte escrita de las pruebas en caso de haber algún bloque no superado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Por todo ello, de acuerdo con las atribuciones que me otorga el artículo 9 del Decreto 31/2012, de 13 de abril, por el que se aprueban los Estatutos de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;1. Aprobar el calendario de las pruebas de lengua catalana de la EBAP para la convocatoria del año 2017 en los términos que se indican en el anexo de esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;2. Aprobar el sistema de evaluación de las pruebas de lengua catalana en los términos que se indican en los antecedentes de esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;3. Publicar esta resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

A este efecto, la EBAP asumirá el coste económico del desplazamiento (ida y vuelta) de los examinando &lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
