&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Propuesta de resolución &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Propongo a la directora general de Turismo que dicte una resolución en los siguientes términos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;1. Declarar el desistimiento de la DRIAT por la imposibilidad de la inscripción, no permitir el ejercicio de la actividad y archivar los expedientes antes relacionados, por la inscripción en el Registro Insular de Empresas, Actividades y Establecimientos Turísticos de Mallorca y General de las Islas Baleares, y considerar que la persona interesada ha desistido de su petición. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;2. Notificar la resolución al interesado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Interposición de recursos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Contra esta resolución que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el director general de Turismo en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares. También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación de la resolución, de acuerdo con la artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
