	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;Aprobación definitiva del Estudio de Detalle de la Unidad de Actuación UA/SP-07 de Santa Ponça&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.28cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento en sesión celebrada el día 23 de febrero de 2017, acordó:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="en-US" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="en-US"&gt;&lt;b&gt;1º.-&lt;/b&gt; APROBAR DEFINITIVAMENTE el Estudio de Detalle de la Unidad de Actuación sita en Santa Ponça bajo el código UA/SP-07, presentado el 4 de junio de 2015 por el entidad CALVIA COUNTRY CLUB SA. Dicha aprobación definitiva se condiciona al cumplimiento de las siguies prescripciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="en-US" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;a) El cumplimiento de los deberes de cesión legalmente exigidos y la acreditación de la inscripción en el Registro de la Propiedad del carácter indivisible de la parcela constituirán requisitos ineludibles para la concesión de la licencia de edificación solicitada en el expediente 93/2015 para la construcción de un complejo hotelero. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="en-US" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;b) Se deberá ingresar la tasa devengada por la tramitación de la aprobación del Estudio de Detalle, cuyo importe asciende a 1.770,40 €. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="en-US" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="en-US"&gt;&lt;b&gt;2º.-&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt; Remitir &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;un ejemplar completo y diligenciado del Estudio de Detalle al Archivo de Urbanismo de las Illes Balears y al Consell de Mallorca ( artículo 168, apartados 1 y 2 del Reglamento de la LOUS.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="en-US" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="en-US"&gt;&lt;b&gt;3º.&lt;/b&gt;- Proceder a la publicación de este acuerdo en el B.O.I.B según lo previsto en el artículo 168.4 y en el punto de acceso electrónico de este Ayuntamiento ( artículo 63 de la LOUS). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="en-US" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="en-US"&gt;&lt;b&gt;4º.&lt;/b&gt; Notificar el acuerdo de aprobación definitiva a la entidad CALVIA COUNTRY CLUB SA ( artículo 160 del Reglamento de la LOUS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="en-US" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="en-US"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;5º- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;Facultar a la Alcaldía para que adopte cuentas resoluciones correspondan en ejecución de los anteriores acuerdos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
