Los artículos 28, 29, 154 y 156 del Decreto 127/2005, de 16 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de desarrollo de la Ley 6/2001, de 11 de abril, del patrimonio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 192, de 24 de diciembre).</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">3. El Decreto 8/2015, de 2 de julio, de la presidenta de las Islas Baleares, por el que se determina la composición del Gobierno y establece la estructura de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 97, de 2 de julio).</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">4.
