	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Que en el &lt;strong&gt;PROCEDIMIENTO ORDINARIO 917/2016 &lt;/strong&gt;de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguido &lt;strong&gt;a instancia de D. HASSAN ZIA UL contra MAPLA BALEARES SL &lt;/strong&gt;sobre &lt;strong&gt;RECLAMACIÓN DE CANTIDAD&lt;/strong&gt;, se ha dictado por S. Sª. &lt;strong&gt;Auto de fecha 17/01/2017&lt;/strong&gt;, cuya &lt;strong&gt;PARTE DISPOSITIVA &lt;/strong&gt;se relaciona: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;“PARTE DISPOSITIVA &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;DISPONGO: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aclarar la sentencia dictado con fecha 21/12/2016 en los siguientes términos: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PRIMER PÁRRAFO: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;SENTENCIA &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En Palma de Mallorca a 21 de diciembre de 2016 &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;DOÑA Mª VICTORIA PELUFO ENGUIX, Juez sustituta adscrita en refuerzo al Juzgado de lo Social nº 2 de Palma de Mallorca, ha visto los presentes autos de &lt;strong&gt;PROCEDIMIENTO Nº 917/2016&lt;/strong&gt;, seguido entre partes, de una como actora &lt;strong&gt;D. HASSAN ZIA UL &lt;/strong&gt;representada por la Letrada Doña Susana Tur García y de otra como demandada &lt;strong&gt;MAPLA &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext;"&gt;BALEARES, S.L., &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext;"&gt;no comparece, sobre &lt;strong&gt;RECLAMACIÓN DE CANTIDAD &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext;"&gt;SEGUNDO PÁRRAFO: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext;"&gt;FALLO &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext;"&gt;Que &lt;strong&gt;estimando &lt;/strong&gt;la demanda interpuesta por Don HASSAN ZIA UL frente a la empresa MAPLA BALEARES, S.L. &lt;strong&gt;debo condenar y condeno &lt;/strong&gt;a la empresa a abonar a la parte actora la cantidad de &lt;strong&gt;4.127,58 euros &lt;/strong&gt;en concepto de salarios dejados de percibir, cantidad ésta que se incrementará en un diez por ciento de interés por mora&lt;strong&gt;, devengando la totalidad los intereses del Art. 576 de la LEC desde la fecha de la presente resolución y hasta su efectivo pago. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext;"&gt;2.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext;"&gt;Incorporar esta resolución al Libro que corresponda y llevar testimonio a los autos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext;"&gt;Notifíquese a las partes, haciéndoles saber que en aplicación del mandato contenido en el artículo 53.2 de la LJS, en el primer escrito o comparecencia ante el órgano judicial, las partes o interesados, y en su caso los profesionales designados, señalarán un domicilio y datos completos para la práctica de actos de comunicación. El domicilio y los datos de localización facilitados con tal fin, &lt;strong&gt;surtirán plenos efectos y las notificaciones en ellos intentadas sin efecto serán válidas &lt;/strong&gt;hasta tanto no sean facilitados otros datos alternativos, siendo &lt;strong&gt;carga procesal de las partes &lt;/strong&gt;y de sus representantes &lt;strong&gt;mantenerlos actualizados&lt;/strong&gt;. Asimismo deberán comunicar los cambios relativos a su número de teléfono, fax, dirección electrónica o similares, siempre que estos últimos estén siendo utilizados como instrumentos de comunicación con el Tribunal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext;"&gt;Contra este auto no cabe interponer recurso alguno distinto al que en su caso pueda interponerse frente a la resolución aclarada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext;"&gt;Así lo acuerda y firma SSª. Doy fe. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext;"&gt;LA MAGISTRADO-JUEZ LA LETRADO DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN DE JUSTICIA” &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext;"&gt;Y para que sirva &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext;"&gt;de NOTIFICACIÓN EN LEGAL FORMA a MAPLA BALEARES SL, en ignorado paradero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext;"&gt;, expido el presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext;"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;text-align:left;"&gt;
