es text/html 4393 1020 ![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Notificación de Resolución de concesión a los beneficiarios de las ayudas, R 31 de fecha 30 de diciembre de 2016, al amparo de la Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 10 de julio de 2015 por la que se convocan subvenciones para Inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias, para los años 2015-2019</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">El apartado 9.3. de la Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 10 de julio de 2015 por la que se convocan, subvenciones para Inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias, correspondientes a los años 2015-2019, &nbsp;especifica que la resolución expresa se notificará a los interesados mediante su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares de acuerdo con los términos previstos en el artículo 60.2 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Los expedientes han sido tramitados por el Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 59 de la Ley 30/1992, de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">El vicepresidente del FOGAIBA, con fecha 30 de diciembre de 2016, firmó la siguiente resolución,</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong><em>“INFORME PROPUESTA DE RESOLUCIÓN/RESOLUCIÓN DE CONCESIÓN</em></strong></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong><em>Programa de Desarrollo Rural de las Islas Baleares 2014-2020</em></strong></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong><em>Medida 4.1- Ayuda a las inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias (INEA).</em></strong></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong><em>Convocatoria: INEA 2015_1 / R31</em></strong></span></p> <p> <strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><em>Antecedentes</em></span></strong></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><em>1. Con fecha de 10 de julio de 2015 se publicó en el BOIB núm. 106, la Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, para los años 2014 a 2019, subvenciones para inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias.</em></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><em>2. Con fecha 17 de diciembre de 2015 se publicó en el BOIB núm. 185, una modificación de la Resolución citada anteriormente.</em></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><em>3. De conformidad con el apartado sexto de la citada Resolución, el plazo de presentación de solicitudes finalizó el día 30/09/2015, y tuvieron entrada en el Registro del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares un total de 311 solicitudes de ayuda.</em></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><em>4. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han llevado a cabo el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda.</em></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><em>5. Los interesados señalados en el Anexo I adjunto han presentado, dentro del plazo establecido y en la forma, toda la documentación necesaria prevista en la convocatoria, y se ha comprobado que cumplen con los requisitos exigidos para poder ser beneficiarios de esta ayuda.</em></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><em>6. Las actuaciones solicitadas por los interesados cumplen con los requisitos establecidos en la convocatoria para poder ser subvencionables.</em></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><em>7. Decreto 65/2007, de 25 de mayo, de constitución, organización y funcionamiento del Organismo Pagador de los gastos del Fondo Europeo Agrícola de Garantía (FEAGA) y del Fondo Europeo Agrícola de Desarrollo Rural (FEADER), en la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares BOIB núm. 082 de 2007; en virtud de la Orden de la Consejera de Agricultura y pesca de 23 de diciembre de 2005, por la que se dispone la asunción de la ejecución de la política de mejora y fomento de los sectores agrario y pesquero por parte del Fondo de garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares, establece en el artículo 1 que el FOGAIBA asume la ejecución de la política de la Consejería de Agricultura y Pesca referente a la aplicación de las medidas de fomento y mejora de los sectores agrario y pesquero , a partir del 1 de enero de 2006.</em></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><em>16. Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común.</em></span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"> <strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><em>Propuesta de resolución de concesión</em></span></strong></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><em>Por todo ello, se informa favorablemente y propongo al vicepresidente del FOGAIBA que dicte una resolución en los siguientes términos:</em></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><em>1. Conceder la ayuda solicitada a los beneficiarios por los importes y con los plazos detallados en el Anexo I, que son un total de 6 &nbsp;expedientes y que comienza con </em></span><em><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span class='lopd'>(datos personales ocultos)</span><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"> &nbsp;y termina con </span><span class='lopd'>(datos personales ocultos)</span></span></em><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><em>, que suma un importe total de 144.826,11 euros, relativa a la línea de ayuda "Ayuda a las inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias."</em></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><em>2.
