	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 20 de la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal y con el artículo 52 del Real Decreto 1720/2007, de 21 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal, se publica el decreto de alcaldía núm. 10/2017, en fecha 8 de febrero de 2017 mediante el cual se acuerda la creación de los&amp;nbsp; ficheros que se relacionan y que literalmente dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;DECRETO 17/2017, &lt;strong&gt;Creación de ficheros de datos de carácter personal: cámaras punto verde, tanatorio y CEIP Es Cremat&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;De acuerdo con el que dispone el artículo 20 de la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter personal sobre la creación, modificación, o supresión de ficheros de las administraciones públicas sólo podrá hacerse mediante la disposición general publicada en el Boletín Oficial del Estado o del periódico oficial correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La entrada en vigor del Reglamento de desarrollo de la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de protección de datos de carácter personal, aprobado mediante el Real Decreto 1720/2007, de 21 de diciembre, específica en los artículos 53 y 54, la necesidad de especificar el tratamiento del fichero, que puede ser automatizado, no automatizado o parcialmente automatizado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Puesto la necesidad de crear el fichero de las grabaciones de las cámaras de video vigilancia en el CEIP Es Cremat, el Punto Verde y el Tanatorio Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;DISPONGO: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; Aprobar la creación de los ficheros del Ayuntamiento de Vilafranca de Bonany que se detallan en el anexo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/strong&gt; Se crean los ficheros incluidos en el anexo I de este decreto, de acuerdo con el artículo 20 de la Ley Orgánica 15/1999 y el articulo 54.1 del Reglamento de desarrollo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; El fichero que se recoge en el anexo de este decreto se registrará por las disposiciones generales y las instrucciones que se detallan en cada uno de ellos, y estarán sometidos, en todo caso, a las normas legales y reglamentarias de rango superior que sean aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.-&lt;/strong&gt; El fichero será notificado para su inscripción en el Registro General de Protección de Datos en el plazo de treinta días des de la publicación de este decreto en el BOIB, según el artículo 55 del Reglamento de desarrollo&amp;nbsp; de la Ley Orgánica 15/1999. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicarlo en el tablón de anuncios, en el portal de transparencia de la web del Ayuntamiento de Vilafranca de Bonany y en el BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto.-&lt;/strong&gt; El presente decreto entrara en vigor al día siguiente de su publicación en el BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
