1223 es CAIB es 2017-02-10 3729 CAIB 590725 2017-02-11 3728 20 text/html CAIB ![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: black;">En el </span>BOIB n.º<span style="color: black;"> 6, de 14 de enero de 2017, se publicó el Decreto 3/2017, de 13 de enero, </span>por el que se establecen<span style="color: black;"> los preceptos que tienen que regir las convocatorias para el establecimiento y la renovación de los conciertos educativos a partir del curso académico 2017-2018.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: black;">Se han detectado errores materiales en los datos que figuran en el anexo 10 de dicho decreto, que hace referencia a la dotación básica de personal de atención a la diversidad de los centros privados concertados; en concreto, en los datos correspondientes al CC </span>Beata Francinaina Cirer<span style="color: black;"> (código 07001541). Estos errores se han detectado tanto en la versión en catalán como en la versión en castellano del Decreto.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: black;">Por ello, y de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, </span>el Consejo de Gobierno, a propuesta del consejero de Educación y Universidad, en la sesión del día 10 de febrero de&nbsp;2017 adoptó, entre otros, el
