roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Natalia Troya Isern, alcaldesa presidenta del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera (Illes Balears), ha resuelto mediante Resolución de alcaldía 2017/0182 de 31 de enero de 2017 lo siguiente:</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">“Vista la resolución de Alcaldía núm. 1428/2016 de 8 de noviembre, por la que se convoca un concurso para formar parte de una bolsa de trabajo de OFICIAL 1ª ELECTRICISTA DE LA BRIGADA MUNICIPAL del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera para la cobertura como personal laboral con carácter de interinidad, de las necesidades que puedan subvenir por las necesidades del servicio, como necesidades urgentes derivadas del aumento de la demanda, bajas laborales, jubilaciones, licencias, vacaciones, etc. publicada en el BOIB núm. 143 de 12 de noviembre y posteriormente modificada por resolución de alcaldía núm. 1497/2016 de 24 de noviembre que fue publicada en el BOIB núm. 149 de 26 de noviembre.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Considerando la propuesta del órgano de selección realizada en el acta del de fecha 24 de enero de 2017, la cual fue expuesta al público, en la misma fecha, mediante edicto, tanto en el tablón municipal de anuncios como en la web municipal.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Dado que se ha agotado el plazo para la presentación de solicitudes de revisión, sin que se haya presentado, de solicitud.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">De acuerdo con la legislación vigente en materia de personal, y en uso de las atribuciones conferidas en el artículo 21.1.g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases del Régimen Local y el artículo 41.14 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización y funcionamiento de régimen jurídico de las Entidades locales</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>R E S O L C:</strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Primero.-</strong> Constituir la bolsa de trabajo de OFICIAL 1ª ELECTRICISTA DE LA BRIGADA MUNICIPAL del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera (Illes Balears), y para la cobertura como personal laboral con carácter de interinidad, de las necesidades que puedan subvenir por las necesidades del servicio, como necesidades urgentes derivadas del aumento de la demanda, bajas laborales, jubilaciones, licencias, vacaciones, etc. publicada en el BOIB núm. 143 de 12 de noviembre y posteriormente modificada por resolución de alcaldía núm. 1497/2016 de 24 de noviembre que
