	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Deià en sesión plenaria extraordinaria de fecha 2 de diciembre de 2016, ha aprobado las Bases que han de regir la convocatoria de subvenciones para actividades deportivas y para la promoción del deporte para el año 2017, y que se transcriben a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;De acuerdo con la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y las bases para la ejecución del presupuesto del municipio de Deià para el año 2017, se convoca la concesión de las subvenciones relacionadas con actividades deportivas y de promoción del deporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige por los principios de publicidad, competencia y objetividad, así como por el de eficacia en el logro de los objetivos propuestos y la eficiencia en la asignación y uso de los recursos públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;El objeto de estas bases es regular la concesión de ayudas económicas y subvenciones otorgadas por el municipio de Deià para llevar a cabo programas y actividades para el fomento y la promoción deportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segunda. Importe y crédito presupuestario&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Para las subvenciones que regulan estas bases se destina un importe máximo de 1.000,00€, a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 480.10/342 del Presupuesto General de Gastos para el 2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Serán subvencionables las actividades deportivas realizadas por los deportistas individuales que acrediten ser residentes del municipio con una antigüedad mínima de un año y continuar &amp;nbsp;empadronados en el momento de la solicitud y concesión de la ayuda. En caso de ser menores de edad, se requerirá consentimiento paterno, materno o del tutor legal, a los que también les será aplicable el requisito de empadronamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Debe tener una licencia federativa en vigor, de la Federación Balear en la modalidad correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;No estar inhabilidado o tener una sanción federativa por falta grave o sanción por expediente de dopaje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarta. Gastos subvencionables.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Gastos derivados de la ficha federativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Gastos derivados del desplazamiento para la realización de pruebas deportivas oficiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Gastos derivados de la adquisición de equipamientos deportivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinta. Criterios para la distribución.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Currículum deportivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Concurrencia de otras fuentes de financiación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;La Alcaldía resolverá las solicitudes presentadas a medida que se vayan presentando las instancias hasta que se agote la partida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexta. Documentación a presentar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Una única instancia con la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;- Solicitud de subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;- Fotocopia del DNI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;- En el caso de menores de edad será necesario el consentimiento paterno, materno o del tutor legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;- Declaración jurada donde se hagan constar las subvenciones otorgadas o solicitadas de otros organismos públicos para la misma finalidad o bien, de no percibir o no haber solicitado ninguna otra. Así como de no tener ninguna deuda con el ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;- Declaración de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;- Certificado bancario de los datos de la cuenta bancaria de la entidad donde se solicita que se efectue el ingreso de la subvención que, si procede, se conceda. Si ya han sido beneficiarios de una subvención por parte del ayuntamiento de Deià, esta documentación no tiene que volver a presentarse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;- Memoria descriptiva de la actividad y presupuesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptima. Justificación de la subvención.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Los beneficiarios deberán presentar los documentos justificativos de los gastos ocasionados por la realización de la actividad subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Si el gasto justificado es inferior al importe del presupuesto solicitado se reducirá proporcionalmente el importe concedido. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Una vez justificados los gastos el Ayuntamiento procederá al abono de las cantidades que correspondan. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octava. Naturaleza de la subvención.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;La naturaleza de esta ayuda es de carácter voluntario y eventual. No genera ningún derecho a obtener la subvención en años posteriores y no se puede alegar como precedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Novena. Normativa complementaria.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Para todo lo que no prevean estas bases se estará a lo dispuesto en la Ley 38/2003, general subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center;"&gt;
