	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;D/Dª FRANCISCA MARIA REUS BARCELO, Letrado de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado de lo Social nº 004 de PALMA DE MALLORCA, HAGO SABER:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Que en el procedimiento PROCEDIMIENTO ORDINARIO 0001181 /2014 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª FUNDACION LABORAL DE LA CONSTRUCCION contra la empresa INVER RUSTIC TOWN S. XXI SL, sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SENTENCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En Palma de Mallorca, a 13 de diciembre de 2016 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;D. Pablo Fito González, Juez del Juzgado de lo Social nº 4 de Palma de Mallorca, ha visto los presentes autos de procedimiento nº 1181/2014, seguido entre partes, de una como actora la entidad FUNDACIÓN LABORAL DE LA CONSTRUCCIÓN asistida y representada por el letrado Pedro Moll contra la demandada INVER RUSTIC TOWN S.XXI SL que no ha comparecido, sobre reclamación de cantidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FALLO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ESTIMANDO &lt;/strong&gt;la demanda formulada por la FUNDACIÓN LABORAL DE LA CONSTRUCCIÓN debo condenar y condeno a INVER RUSTIC TOWN S.XXI SL al abono de &lt;strong&gt;252,13 euros &lt;/strong&gt;a la parte actora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Notifíquese esta resolución a las partes en la forma que previene la Ley, haciéndoles saber que la misma es firme y frente a ella no cabe interponer recurso alguno. Procédase al archivo de las actuaciones, previa baja en el libro correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Así, por esta mi sentencia, definitivamente juzgada en primera instancia lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a INVER RUSTIC TOWN S. XXI SL, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de ILLES BALEARS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
