	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Por Decreto de la Alcaldía de fecha 23-01-2017, se ha aprobado el Pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares y técnicas, para contratar el servicio de DE DISEÑO, MONTAJE, ALQUILER Y DESMONTAJE DE CARPAS Y OTROS ELEMENTOS CON MOTIVO DE LA XXXIII FIRA DEL FANG, EXPLOTACIÓN DE BAR, VIGILANCIA NOCTURNA Y REDACCIÓN DEL PLAN De AUTOPROTECCIÓN parte dispositiva del cual dice lo siguiente:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;“1.º- Aprobar el Pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares y técnicas que tienen que regir mediante procedimiento abierto, DE DISEÑO, MONTAJE, ALQUILER Y DESMONTAJE DE CARPAS Y OTROS ELEMENTOS CON MOTIVO DE LA XXXIII FIRA DEL FANG, EXPLOTACIÓN DE BAR, VIGILANCIA NOCTURNA Y REDACCIÓN DEL PLAN De AUTOPROTECCIÓN, por un periodo de 15 días naturales desde la firma del contrato, y con un presupuesto base de licitación de 42.975,00 € anuales (iva excluido) y 51.999,75 € (iva incluido).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;2.º- Exponer al público el mencionado Pliego de condiciones por un periodo de diez días naturales a efectos de reclamaciones y simultanear la información pública con el periodo para presentación de proposiciones a la licitación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;3.º- Aprobar el gasto correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;4è.- Que prosiga el expediente los trámites reglamentarios adecuados.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;Por eso se anuncia el mencionado pliego a los efectos de información pública, a fin de que durante el plazo de diez días naturales, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación del correspondiente anuncio en el BOIB, puedan presentarse reclamaciones en el Registro General. Los mencionados pliegos restarán expuestos en la Sección de Contratación de este Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
