	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;Aprobado inicialmente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;por el Ayuntamiento en&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;Pleno en sesión&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;ordinaria celebrada&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;en fecha 14 de diciembre de 2016, el Presupuesto General de esta&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;Entidad para&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;el ejercicio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;de 2017, constituido por el del propio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;Ayuntamiento y el del Organismo Autónomo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;Centro Cultural,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;así como&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;la plantilla de personal,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;que comprende&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;todos los puestos de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;trabajo reservados a funcionarios, personal laboral y eventual,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;estará de manifiesto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;al público, en&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;la Intervención&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;de este Ayuntamiento,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;por espacio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;de quince días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;Durante este plazo, cualquier habitante&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;del término&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;o persona interesada, podrá examinarlo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;y presentar&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;ante el Pleno&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;las reclamaciones que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;estime conveniente,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;de acuerdo con el&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;artículo 169 y siguientes del Texto Refundido de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;la Ley Reguladora de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;las Haciendas Locales,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;aprobado por RDL&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;2/2004 de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;5 de marzo,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;y artículo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;20&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;del Real Decreto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;500/1990,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;de 20 de abril.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;En el&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;supuesto que no&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;sea presentada&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;ninguna reclamación,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;el Presupuesto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;se considerará definitivamente aprobado, de lo contrario el Pleno&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;dispondrá del plazo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;de un mes para&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;resolverlas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;Este último&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;plazo se iniciará&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;a partir del día&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;siguiente a la finalización&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;de la exposición al&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;público y las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;reclamaciones&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;se considerarán&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;denegadas, en cualquier caso, si no se resuelven&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;en el acto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;de aprobación definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
