	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El Sr. Alcalde, en fecha 1 de diciembre de 2016,&amp;nbsp; dictó la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por Decreto de Alcaldía de 6 de septiembre de 2016 se resolvió publicar las bases específicas para la convocatoria para la creación de una bolsa &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;personal técnico de atención sociosanitaria (TAS) con carácter laboral temporal para cubrir necesidades o sustituciones en la plantilla de personal &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En el proceso selectivo se han observado todos los trámites legales y reglamentarios. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El Tribunal Calificador acordó, el día 30 de noviembre de 2016, propuso que pasen a integrar la mencionada bolsa, por orden de la puntuación total obtenida, las siguientes personas aspirantes:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En virtud de las facultades que tengo conferidas, y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el art. 21.1.h) Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Que las personas aspirantes mencionadas anteriormente pasen a integrar la bolsa de personas aspirantes en la categoría de personal técnico de atención sociosanitaria (TAS), para con carácter laboral temporal para cubrir necesidades o sustituciones en la plantilla de personal de este Ayuntamiento, por el orden de puntuación total obtenida, de acuerdo con la propuesta formulada por el Tribunal Calificador. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; El orden de contratación se efectuará de acuerdo con lo previsto en las bases de la convocatoria.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Publicar esta lista en el BOIB, en el tablón de edictos y en la página web de la Corporación, de conformidad con el procedimiento previsto al efecto. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Contra la presente resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, procede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Alternativamente y de forma potestativa, se puede interponer recurso de reposición ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Todo ello sin perjuicio de que pueda ejercitar cualquier otro recurso que considere oportuno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
