&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Que en el procedimiento DESPIDO/CESES EN GENERAL 0000275 /2015 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª SONIA BERMEJO OLIVER contra la empresa&amp;nbsp; ELECTRIC EXPERTS SL,&amp;nbsp; VENTIA SL&amp;nbsp; , sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;AUTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Magistrado/a-Juez&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Sr/Sra. D/D.ª&amp;nbsp; ELENA LILLO PASTOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En Palma de Mallorca, a ocho de septiembre de dos mil dieciséis.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HECHOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ÚNICO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Por el Letrado Sr. Castro, en representación de D.ª Sonia Bermejo Oliver, se presentó escrito por el que se solicitaba recurso de aclaración de la sentencia dictada por este Juzgado en fecha 19 de abril de 2016, escrito éste en el que, tras alegar los hechos y fundamentos que estimaba de aplicación y que en esta resolución se dan por reproducidos, terminaba solicitando que se &lt;em&gt;“tenga por formulado recurso de aclaración contra la sentencia dictada en las presentes actuaciones y tras los trámites legales de rigor resuelva de conformidad a lo interesado en el cuerpo del mismo”.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PARTE DISPOSITIVA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECIDO&lt;/strong&gt; COMPLEMENTAR la sentencia dictada por este Juzgado en fecha 19 de abril de 2016, en el sentido de adicionar un Hecho probado&amp;nbsp; 3bis, y un Fundamento tercero y cuarto, del tenor literal expuesto en el Fundamento segundo de la presente; así como adicionar un párrafo segundo párrafo segundo al apartado A) del Fallo de la sentencia, del siguiente tenor literal: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Así como &lt;strong&gt;ESTIMAR&lt;/strong&gt; la ACCIÓN EN RECLAMACIÓN DE CANTIDAD INTERPUESTA POR LA PARTE ACTORA CONTRA la entidad ELECTRIC EXPERTS, S. L., &lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CONDENANDO A LA PARTE DEMANDADA&lt;/strong&gt; a los siguientes pronunciamientos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Al pago de la suma de 5.983’57 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp; Al pago por la entidad demandada del interés previsto en el artículo 29.3 del Estatuto de los Trabajadores.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Firme que fuere la presente llévese certificación a los autos y poniendo el la rectificada nota de referencia a la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Notifíquese esta resolución a las partes, haciéndoles saber que contra la misma, de conformidad con lo establecido en el apartado séptimo del artículo 267 de la LOPJ, no cabe recurso alguno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Así lo acuerdo, mando y firmo, Elena Lillo Pastor, Magistrado-Juez titular de este Juzgado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a&amp;nbsp; ELECTRIC EXPERTS SL,&amp;nbsp; VENTIA SL, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de ILLES BALEARS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
