	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Aprobada por Junta de Gobierno Local en sesión Ordinaria de día 25 de noviembre de 2016 las bases del concurso municipal de Belenes, se hace público el extracto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%; text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;CONCURSO MUNICIPAL DE BELENES PARTICULARES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Andraitx, con el objetivo de recuperación de tradiciones y fomentar la participación ciudadana en las fiestas de Navidad, convoca un Concurso de Belenes particulares e invita a toda la gente a participar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;BASES GENERALES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;1.- Podrán participar al concurso todas las personas residentes en el pueblo. La situación de los Belenes tendrá que ser visible desde la calle o accesible los días y horas asignados por visitas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;2.- Los belenes que se presenten guardarán el debido respecto al hecho que representan. Las modalidades a concurso serán las siguientes: Belén tradicional, Belén infantil y Belén innovador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;3.- Se valorará el trabajo manual realizado y la laboriosidad en la ejecución de los elementos que compongan el Belen, destacando los aspectos únicos de cada tipo de Belen, así como los materiales empleados (uso de barro, escayola, madera, corcho, papel, materiales reciclados...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;4.- La fecha final para inscribirse será el 15 de diciembre de 2016, hasta las 13:30 horas de la mañana, en el Registro de entrada del Ayuntamiento o en cualquier de los lugares habilitados por el artículo 38.4 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;5.- Todas las personas que quieran concursar tendrán que inscribirse mediante el boletín de inscripción que se adjunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;6.- Todos los belenes presentados a concurso tendrán que estar visibles el día 19 de diciembre de 2016, de 10:00h a 13:00h para que el jurado pueda evaluarlos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Horarios visitas: de las 10:00h a las 12:00h y de las 17:00h a las 19:00h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;7.- La relación de premios será la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- 1er Premio de Belén Tradicional: 175 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- 2º Premio de Belén Tradicional: 100 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- 3er Premio de Belén Tradicional 75 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- 1er Premio de Belén Infantil: 175 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- 2º Premio de Belén Infantil: 100 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- 3er Premio de Belén Infantil: 75 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- 1er Premio de Belén Innovador: 175 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- 2º Premio de Belén Innovador: 100 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- 3er Premio de Belén Innovador: 75 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;8.- Durante el ejercicio presupuestario 2016, se destina la cantidad de 975 euros con cargo a la partida 2016.933.22609 «Tradiciones», para los premios de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;9.- Sin embargo, no pueden ser beneficiarios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;1- Quién incurra en alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el artículo 13 de la Ley General de Subvenciones, Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre (LGS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;2- Quién, en el momento en que el Jurado tenga que hacer la propuesta de resolución definitiva, no esté al cabo de la calle en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones de todo tipos con el Ayuntamiento de Andraitx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;10.- El jurado estará formado por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- La primera Teniente de Alcalde, Regidora competente en materia de Promoción Económica y Comercio, Patrimonio Histórico y Cultural, Inventario de Bienes y Servicios Municipales, Estadística, SAC, Archivos Municipales y Personal. Con voz y sin voto que hará las funciones de secretaría del Jurado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- El técnico de Patrimonio, Sr. Joan Carles Lladó y el técnico de Juventud y Ocupación, Sr. Miquel Angel Marroig. El rector del municipio Mn. Joan Bordoy Gibert, el responsable parroquial, Sr. Vicenç Flexas, y finalmente como representante local, Sr. Lorenzo Gutierrez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;-Este jurado tendrá que elevar una propuesta a la Junta de Gobierno Local que será el órgano competente para resolver el procedimiento, incluyendo la posibilidad de que el premio no sea adjudicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;11.- La convocatoria, las bases que la rigen y la resolución de la misma, se tienen que publicar en el BOIB y en la página Web del Ayuntamiento de Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;12.- El veredicto del Jurado será inapelable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;13.- La presentación al concurso supone la aceptación de las bases y de los derechos y obligaciones que se derivan.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Lo que se hace público para su general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
