	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Natalia Troya Isern, alcaldesa presidenta del Ajuntament de Son Servera (Illes Balears), hace saber que contra el acuerdo adoptado por el Ple de la Corporación, de aprobación inicial de la modificación presupuestaria SC 12/16, en la sesión ordinaria del día 20 de octubre de 2016, y publicado en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears ( BOIB) núm. 137, de 29 de octubre de 2016, no se ha presentado ningún tipo de alegación y / o reclamación en el plazo que se agotaba el 21 de noviembre de 2016, acordándose la aprobación definitiva del mismo, en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar definitivament el expediente de modificación presupuestaria SC 12/16, necesario para la ejecución de ésta modificación presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Una vez entre en vigor el expediente SC 12/16, proceder a amortizar los préstamos reseñados, manteniendo el mismo plazo de amortización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO. &lt;/strong&gt;Habilitar a la Alcaldesa para la firma de cuantos documentos sean pertinentes para la amortización de los préstamos indicados en el informe del interventor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
