	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;Hechos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;1. Las personas y las entidades que figuran en el anexo 1 de esta Resolución han presentado a la Consejería de Transparencia, Cultura y Deportes una solicitud de subvención para facilitarles los desplazamientos a la Península, las Islas Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla para asistir a las competiciones oficiales de los diferentes calendarios federativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;2. El Servicio de Administración Deportiva de la Dirección General de Deportes i Juventud ha examinado las solicitudes y no está conforme con la&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; concesión de la subvención, por los motivos que se especifican en el anexo 1 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;1. El artículo 21.4 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de diciembre de 2005), dispone que la resolución, que finaliza el procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones, se ha de notificar individualmente o mediante publicación en el BOIB, de acuerdo con lo que se dispone en la convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;2. La Orden del Consejero de Turismo y Deportes de 18 de diciembre de 2012 por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder subvenciones en materia de deportes (BOIB núm. 2, de 3 de enero de 2013).&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;3. El apartado 6.5 de la Resolución de la Consejera de Participación, Transparencia y Cultura de 16 de noviembre de 2015 (BOIB núm. 188, de 29 de diciembre de 2015) dispone que la resolución expresa de la Consejera de Participación, Transparencia y Cultura finaliza el procedimiento de concesión de subvención. La resolución colectiva se publicará en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt; en el plazo de seis meses desde la finalización del período de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;4. La propuesta de resolución de denegación de ayudas de la Dirección General de Deportes y Juventud de 13 de octubre de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;Por todo lo expuesto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: -1pt; text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;Resolución &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;1. Denegar la concesión de una subvención, para facilitar los desplazamientos a la península, las Islas Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla para poder asistir a las competiciones oficiales de los diferentes calendarios federativos, a las personas o entidades que figuran en el anexo 1 de esta Resolución (con los nº de expediente 486/2016/PI, 493/2016/P y 501/2016/P), por los motivos que igualmente figuran en el anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;2. Ordenar la publicación de esta Resolución en el BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;Contra esta Resolución – que agota la vía administrativa – se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la Consejera de Transparencia, Cultura y Deportes en el plazo de un mes a partir del día siguiente de su publicación (o notificación), de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses desde el día siguiente a la publicación de esta Resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
