	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Notificación de Resolución de desistimientos a los solicitantes de las ayudas, de fecha 23 de mayo, 16 de junio, 7 y 10 de octubre de 2016, al amparo de la Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 27 de febrero de 2015 por la que se convocan, para el ejercicio 2.015, ayudas para el fomento de la producción integrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El apartado 8.4. de la Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 27 de febrero de 2015 por la que se convocan, para el ejercicio 2015, ayudas para el fomento de la producción integrada, especifica que la resolución expresa se notificará a los interesados mediante su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares de acuerdo con los términos previstos en el artículo 60.2 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Los expedientes han sido tramitados por el Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 59 de la Ley 30/1992, de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común. En el artículo 90 de la misma, se establece que toda persona interesada puede desistir de su solicitud o, cuando no sea prohibido por el ordenamiento jurídico, renunciar a sus derechos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Estas ayudas se enmarcan dentro del Programa de Desarrollo Rural de las Islas Baleares 2014-2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Con fecha 23 de mayo, 16 de junio, 7 y 10 de octubre de 2016 &amp;nbsp;que se detalla en el anexo 1, el vicepresidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) dictó resolución individual de desistimiento de ayuda convocada mediante Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 27 de febrero de 2015 &amp;nbsp;por la que se convocan, para el ejercicio 2015, ayudas para el fomento de la producción integrada, ya que las personas interesadas presentaron escrito de desistimiento expreso de su solicitud de ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Se informa a las personas interesadas de que sus expedientes se encuentran a su disposición y consulta en el Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural del FOGAIBA (calle Reina Constanza, 4 de Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Contra estas resoluciones, que no agotan la vía administrativa, los interesados pueden interponer recurso de alzada ante el Consejero de Medio Ambiente, Agricultura y Pesca, en un plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de la fecha de la publicación de la notificación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 58.4 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la administración de la comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares , y los artículos 114 y 115 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
