	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;1. En fecha 3 de agosto de 2016, la consejera de Servicios Sociales y Cooperación dicta Resolución por la cual se aprueba la convocatoria de subvenciones para ejecutar proyectos de cooperación para el desarrollo para el año 2016 (BOIB nº 104, de 16 de agosto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;2. Se han detectado errores de tipo aritmético en la publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; en relación con los puntos otorgados en aplicación de los criterios objetivos para conceder la subvención fijados en los anexos 2 y 3 (modalidad A y modalidad B), la puntuación máxima para cada uno de los cuales tiene que ser de 128 puntos en vez de 130 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, establece que “las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar, asimismo, en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;2. El artículo 56.1 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dispone que “la revocación de los actos de gravamen o desfavorables y la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;De acuerdo con todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;1. Rectificar el error detectado en el apartado 10.3 de la convocatoria de subvenciones en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:18.0pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;10.3. La concesión de la subvención se tiene que llevar a cabo por el procedimiento de concurso. A este efecto, se entiende por concurso el procedimiento por medio del cual la concesión de las ayudas o subvenciones se hace mediante la comparación de las solicitudes presentadas, con el fin de establecer una prelación con la aplicación de los criterios de valoración fijados en los anexos 2 y 3 (modalidad A y modalidad B), hasta obtener un número de puntos comprendido entre 0 y 130.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:18.0pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tiene que decir:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;10.3. La concesión de la subvención se tiene que llevar a cabo por el procedimiento de concurso. A este efecto, se entiende por concurso el procedimiento por medio del cual la concesión de las ayudas o subvenciones se hace mediante la comparación de las solicitudes presentadas, con el fin de establecer una prelación con la aplicación de los criterios de valoración fijados en los anexos 2 y 3 (modalidad A y modalidad B), hasta obtener un número de puntos comprendido entre 0 y 128.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
