	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La alcaldesa por Resolución de alcaldia núm. 1122/2016 de 13 de septiembre, ha resuelto lo siguiente:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;“Vista la Resolución de Alcaldía núm. 956/2016 de 5 de agosto de 2016, por la que se convoca concurso para la constitución de una bolsa de trabajo de TÉCNICO SUPERIOR EN SERVICIOS DE RESTAURACIÓN (FP2) para cubrir con carácter laboral temporal, por obra y servicio, por curso 2016-17 del PROGRAMA PQI (anteriormente CAPI) de la Conselleria d’Educació i Universitat: PROGRAMA AUXILIAR DE SERVICIOS DE RESTAURACIÓN, del Área de Servicios Educativos del Ajuntament de Son Servera (Illes Balears), motivada por la realización del programa, de acuerdo a la convocatoria publicada en el BOIB núm. 91, de 19 de julio de 2016, de "Resolución del Conseller&amp;nbsp; d’ Educació&amp;nbsp; i Universitat de 14 de julio de 2016 por la que se convocan ayudas económicas para desarrollar los programas de cualificación inicial en corporaciones locales, organizaciones no gubernamentales y asociaciones profesionales y empresariales sin ánimo de lucro, durante el curso 2016-2017. Código identificación BDNS 312258 ", ya que el programa objeto de solicitud de subvención no se podría llevar a cabo sin la contratación del personal técnico adecuado objeto de la presente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Considerando la propuesta del órgano de selección, tal y como se refleja en el acta del día 9 de septiembre de 2016, la cual fue expuesta al público en la misma fecha, mediante edicto, tanto en el tablón municipal de anuncios como la página web municipal (www.sonservera.net). Dado que en fecha 12 de septiembre de 2016, se ha agotado el plazo para la presentación de solicitudes de revisión, sin que se haya presentado ninguna solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;. - Constituir la bolsa de técnico superior en servicios de restauración (FP2) para cubrir con carácter laboral temporal, por obra y servicio, para el curso 2016-2017 del PROGRAMA PQI de la Conselleria d’Educació i Universitat: PROGRAMA AUXILIAR DE SERVICIOS DE RESTAURACIÓN del Área de Servicios Educativos del Ajuntament de Son Servera, con una vigencia de tres años de acuerdo con las bases de la convocatoria y con el siguiente orden de prelación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt; Publicar la reseñada resolución, mediante edicto, en el BOIB, en el tablón municipal de anuncios y en la página web municipal, con el objeto de dar conocimiento público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se pueden interponer, alternativamente, los recursos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;(a) Directamente el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Tribunal que resulte competente, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente de la notificación del presente acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;(b) El recurso de reposición potestativo ante esta Alcaldía que ha dictado la presente resolución en el plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente de la notificación de la presente resolución. Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición, que se producirá por el transcurso de un mes desde su presentación sin que se haya resuelto expresamente ni se haya notificado, podrá interponerse el recurso contencioso administrativo, en el plazo de seis meses, contados a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, se puede ejercitar, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente. Todo ello de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa y la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, de modificación de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center;"&gt;
