	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 12 de febrero de 2016, se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2016 (&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; 23/2016, de 18 de febrero), al que se refiere el artículo 6.1 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre. Este plan ha sido modificado en varias ocasiones, a instancia de diferentes consejerías y entidades de derecho público dependientes de estas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;El Servicio de Empleo de las Illes Balears (SOIB) ha propuesto modificar el apartado&amp;nbsp;11 del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, en el sentido de incrementar el crédito de varias líneas que están incluidas en este, como consecuencia de los acuerdos adoptados en la LXI&amp;nbsp;Conferencia Sectorial de Empleo y Asuntos Laborales con cargo a los presupuestos del Estado, y de añadir una nueva línea dirigida a los jóvenes inscritos en el Fichero Nacional de Garantía Juvenil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Por otro lado, el Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera (FOGAIBA) también ha propuesto la modificación del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones, en concreto de la línea 8, en el sentido de aumentar su dotación presupuestaria, motivada por la sequía extrema y crisis financiera del sector primario, así como por el elevado número de solicitudes de ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Por todo ello, el Consejo de Gobierno, a propuesta de la consejera de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas, en la sesión del día 26 de agosto de 2016 adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente Acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar las siguientes líneas de subvenciones incluidas en el apartado&amp;nbsp;11 del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2016, en el sentido que se indica a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
