	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El Pleno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el 29 de julio de 2016, aprobó inicialmente la modificación de la Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por la prestación de servicios administrativos en materia turística. El texto aprobado inicialmente dice lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;"ORDENANZA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TASA POR LOS SERVICIOS ADMINISTRATIVOS EN MATERIA TURÍSTICA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;text-align:left;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 1&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;text-align:left;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Fundamento y naturaleza&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En uso de las facultades concedidas por los artículos 133.2 y 142 de la Constitución y por el artículo 106 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 15 a 19 del Texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las haciendas locales, aprobado por Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, este Consell establece la tasa por la prestación de servicios administrativos en materia turística y expedición de documentos administrativos, que se regirá por la presente Ordenanza fiscal, cuyas normas atienden a lo establecido en el artículo 57 del citado texto refundido.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;text-align:left;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 2&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;text-align:left;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Hecho imponible&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.- Constituye el hecho imponible de esta tasa:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) La tramitación de la declaración responsable de inicio de actividad turística relativa a la apertura de establecimientos turísticos y de comunicaciones relativas a cambios de titularidad, variaciones, bajas temporales, cierre y cambio de uso, cambios de categoría de establecimientos turísticos y cualquier modificación de los datos inscritos en los registros turísticos, así como la habilitación y la expedición de los carnés y el reconocimiento de cualificaciones profesionales de las profesiones turísticas regladas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) La actividad administrativa desarrollada con motivo de la tramitación, a instancia de parte, de toda clase de documentos que expida y de expedientes de que entienda la Administración.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) La emisión de informes técnicos y la expedición de certificados en materia de turismo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.- A estos efectos, se entenderá tramitada a instancia de parte cualquier documentación administrativa que haya sido provocada por el particular o redunde en su beneficio aunque no haya mediado solicitud expresa del interesado.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.- No estará sujeta a esta tasa la tramitación de documentos y expedientes necesarios para el cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales, así como las consultas tributarias, los expedientes de devolución de ingresos indebidos, los recursos administrativos contra resoluciones de la Corporación de cualquier índole y los relativos a la prestación de servicios o realizaciones de actividades de competencia de la Corporación y la utilización privativa o el aprovechamiento especial de bienes de dominio público del Consell, que estén grabadas por otra tasa o por los que se exija un precio público este Consell Insular.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;text-align:left;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 3&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;text-align:left;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Exenciones&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La tasa se exigirá siempre que se verifique el hecho imponible, sin ningún tipo de exenciones objetivas ni subjetivas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;text-align:left;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 4&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;text-align:left;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Sujeto pasivo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Son sujetos pasivos de esta tasa los que soliciten la realización de una actividad administrativa de las descritas en el hecho imponible y prestada por la Conselleria competente en materia turística o cualquier ente dependiente, o bien los que sean afectados o beneficiados.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;text-align:left;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 5&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;text-align:left;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cuantía&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La cuota tributaria de esta tasa se determina por la aplicación de las siguientes tarifas:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;hostales, hostales residencia, pensiones, posadas, casas de huéspedes, albergues, refugios y hospederías&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;A) Alojamientos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A1.- Apertura de establecimientos, variación del número de plazas, cambio de grupo y / o categoría:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Hoteles, hotel apartamentos, pensiones, hostales, hostales residencia, posadas, pensiones y establecimientos de aprovechamiento por turnos de bienes inmuebles: 750 euros hasta 30 plazas y 24,84 euros por cada plaza adicional.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Hoteles rurales, albergues, refugios y hospederías, agroturismos y turismo de interior, 750 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Viviendas turísticas vacacionales y estancias turísticas en viviendas: 414,10 euros hasta 2 plazas y 24,84 euros por cada plaza adicional hasta 12 plazas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Renovación de inscripción estancias turísticas en viviendas: 414,10 euros hasta 2 plazas y 24,84 euros por cada plaza adicional hasta 12 plazas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A2.- Comunicación de bajas temporales, inscripción comercializadores y sucesivas modificaciones, cambio de explotadores y / o propietarios y cierres definitivos: el 30% de la tasa prevista en el supuesto A1.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A3.- Cambio de uso del establecimiento: el 50% de la tasa prevista en el supuesto A1.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A4.- Cambio de denominación: 159,27 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A5.- Informes de viabilidad, por establecimiento: 1.500 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A6.- Otros informes técnicos: 41,40 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A7.- Visita de inspección a fin de comprobar el cumplimiento de requisitos turísticos y / o corrección de deficiencias, por establecimiento: 90,71 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A8.- Inserción en catálogo anual y en la web de promoción turística de Formentera: 101,22 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;B) Agencias de viajes, empresas de mediación turística: agencias de viajes, mediadores turísticos y central de reservas&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;B1.- Apertura de establecimiento: 414,10 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;B2.- Apertura de un segundo establecimiento y los siguientes, incluidos los establecimientos virtuales, por unidad: 152,36 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;B3.- Comunicación de cambio de titularidad, cambio de local u oficinas: 207,05 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;B4.- Visita de inspección a fin de comprobar el cumplimiento de requisitos turísticos y / o corrección de deficiencias, por establecimiento: 90.71.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;B5.- Cambio de denominación: 41,40 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;C) Guías turísticos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;C1.- Habilitación y expedición del carné, renovación y reconocimiento de cualificaciones profesionales: 41,40 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;D) Oferta de restauración (restaurantes, cafeterías y bares)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;D1.- Apertura:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Restaurantes, cafeterías y bares: 414,10 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;D2.- Comunicación de cambio de titularidad, o de categoría, por establecimiento: el 30% de la tasa de apertura prevista en el apartado D1.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;D3.- Informes técnicos: 41,41 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;D4.- Visita de inspección a fin de comprobar el cumplimiento de requisitos turísticos y / o corrección de deficiencias, por establecimiento: 90,71 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;D5.- Sellado de precios: 3,19 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;D6.- Cambio de denominación: 90,71 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;E) Empresas que tienen por objeto actividades de entretenimiento, recreativas, deportivas, culturales o lúdicas, o todas las que tengan una naturaleza complementaria en el sector turístico&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;E1.- Apertura :: 414,10 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;E2.- Comunicación de cambio de titularidad, o de categoría, por establecimiento: el 30% de la tasa de apertura prevista en el apartado E1.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;E3.- Informes técnicos: 41,41 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;E4.- Visita de inspección a fin de comprobar el cumplimiento de requisitos turísticos y / o corrección de deficiencias, por establecimiento: 90,71 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;E5.- Cambio de denominación: 90,71 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;F) Servicios administrativos en general&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;F1.- Expedición de certificados, informes o similares, por expediente consultado: 8,28 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;F2.- Cualquier modificación de los datos inscritos en los registros turísticos diferentes a las expuestas en los puntos anteriores: 8,28 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;F3.- Para fotocopia de un plano DIN A1: 2,05 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;F4.- Para fotocopia de un plano DIN A0: 2,85 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Instancia de declaración responsable y / o modificación de datos: 0,36 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Relación de habitaciones: 0,36 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Cartel de recepción para establecimientos hoteleros: 0,36 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Cartel de recepción para apartamentos turísticos: 0,36 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Instancia para guías turísticos / as: 0,36 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Libro de Inspección: 3,10 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Hoja de Reclamación: 0,36 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Lista oficial de precios hostelería: 0,36 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Carta de bebidas: 0,24 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Carta para restaurantes, cafeterías, bares, de menús, vinos, tapas, helados, bocadillos, y pastelería: 0,24 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;F6.- Otros documentos administrativos de carácter general:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las tarifas establecidas en punto serán de aplicación a los documentos administrativos emitidos por el área de Turismo del Consell Insular de Formentera y no regulados a ningún otro epígrafe específico.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Por cada hoja útil, certificado emitido para cualquier dependencia del Consell Insular, cuando se refiera a hechos o acuerdos con antigüedad inferior a cinco años: 3,56.- euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Por cada hoja útil, certificado, emitido por cualquier dependencia del Consell Insular, cuando se refiera a hechos o acuerdos con antigüedad superior a cinco años: 6,56.- euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Por diligencia o para compulsar documentos, por hoja: 1,24.- euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Para validación de poderes: 13,28.- euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Para la consulta de expedientes en el archivo general, con antigüedad inferior a cinco años: 2,49.- euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Para la consulta de expedientes en el archivo general, con antigüedad superior a cinco años: 4,53.-euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Para fotocopia realizada por el Departamento del área de Turismo: 0,30.- euros&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;text-align:left;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 6&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;text-align:left;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Bonificaciones de la cuota&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;No se concederá bonificación de los importes de las cuotas tributarias señaladas en la tarifa de esta tasa.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;text-align:left;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 7&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;text-align:left;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Devengo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La tasa se devenga en el momento de presentar la declaración responsable o comunicación, cuando se solicita el servicio a que se refiere el hecho imponible o cuando el servicio se presta en los casos en que la actividad administrativa sea de oficio.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;text-align:left;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 8&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;text-align:left;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Declaración e ingreso&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.- La tasa se exigirá en régimen de autoliquidación, mediante la fijación en el documento de una impresión, producida por cualquier medio, que permita a la intervención controlar en todo momento los importes cobrados.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.- Las certificaciones o documentos que expida la administración del Consell en virtud de oficio de Juzgados o tribunal para toda clase de pleitos, no se entregarán ni remitirán sin que previamente se haya satisfecho la correspondiente cuota tributaria.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;text-align:left;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 9&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;text-align:left;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Infracciones y sanciones&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En todo lo relativo a la calificación de infracciones tributarias, así como de las sanciones que les correspondan en cada caso, se estará a lo dispuesto en los artículos 77 y siguientes de la Ley General Tributaria.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Disposición adicional&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La actualización de las tarifas, siempre que no superen la variación del IPC, se efectuará mediante los presupuestos generales anuales.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Disposición final&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La presente Ordenanza entrará en vigor el mismo día de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y estará en vigor hasta su modificación o derogación expresa ".&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Se somete a información pública durante el plazo de treinta días hábiles, para que todas las personas interesadas puedan examinar el expediente y formular reclamaciones, conforme a lo que establece el artículo 17 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprobó el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales. Si se presentan, serán resueltas por la Corporación y, si no se presentan, la modificación de la Ordenanza fiscal se considerará aprobada definitivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La consulta del expediente se realizará en el Departamento de Secretaría del Consell Insular de Formentera, Plaza de la Constitución, 1, 1º, Sant Francesc Xavier (Formentera), en horario de atención al público (de 9.00 a 14.00 horas) y de lunes a viernes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
