DE 29 DE SEPTIEMBRE DE 2006</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">REFª: DES01/16/07/0002</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">La Demarcación de Costas en Illes Balears, previa autorización de la Dirección General de Sostenibilidad de la Costa y del Mar del Ministerio de Agricultura, Alimentación y Medio Ambiente, con fecha 26 de julio de 2016, ha dictado providencia de incoación del expediente de deslinde del dominio público marítimo terrestre del tramo de costa de unos doscientos cuarenta (240) metros, en el torrente Can Amer y un tramo de Porto Cristo (punta Pajel), en los términos municipales de Manacor y Sant Llorenç des Cardassar,(Isla de Mallorca), entre los vértices 1 a 7 y 209 a 214 del deslinde aprobado por O.M. de 29 de septiembre de 2006.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">En cumplimiento de lo previsto en el artículo 21.1.a) del Reglamento General de Costas (Real Decreto 876/2014), esta Demarcación procede a realizar la INCOACIÓN E INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA del expediente de deslinde, durante el plazo de UN MES, a fin de que cualquier interesado pueda comparecer en el mismo, examinar los planos de delimitación provisional del dominio público y de las servidumbres y formular las alegaciones que considere oportunas.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Se hace pública, igualmente, la suspensión de otorgamiento de concesiones y autorizaciones en el dominio público marítimo-terrestre y en su zona de servidumbre de protección, hasta la resolución del expediente de deslinde, que lleva implícito el levantamiento de dicha suspensión.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">El expediente de deslinde que incluye los planos con la delimitación provisional, estará a disposición de los interesados en la Subdirección General de Dominio Público Marítimo-Terrestre de la Dirección General de Sostenibilidad de la Costa y del Mar (Plaza San Juan de la Cruz s/n, 28071 – Madrid), y una copia del expediente podrá ser examinada en las dependencias de la Demarcación de Costas en Illes Balears, sita en la calle Felicià Fuster, nº7, Edificio de la Administración Periférica, en Palma de Mallorca, de 9 a 14 horas. Los planos con la delimitación propuesta también podrán ser consultados en los Ayuntamientos de Manacor y Sant Llorenç des Cardassar.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Asimismo, y a los efectos previstos en el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, y Ley 4/1999, se comunica a los posibles interesados desconocidos, a aquellos otros de domicilio desconocido y a aquellos a los que no pueda practicarse la notificación personal, que en cumplimiento del artículo 22 del Reglamento General de Costas, que la realización del Acto de APEO, con el fin de mostrarles la delimitación provisional del dominio público marítimo-terrestre, se celebrará en el lugar, día y hora que a continuación se especifica:</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">-&nbsp;
