	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;De conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común (&lt;em&gt;BOE núm. 285, de 27 de noviembre&lt;/em&gt;), y dado que se desconoce el domicilio actual de las personas interesadas o que no se las ha podido localizar, mediante esta notificación se pone en conocimiento de las mismas el Informe/Propuesta de Resolución y Resolución de inicio del consejero de Trabajo, Comercio e Industria, presidente del Servicio de Ocupación de las Islas Baleares, del procedimiento de reintegro de la subvención concedida a la entidad &lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Solivellas Sobrón, S.L.&lt;/span&gt; en el marco de la Resolución del consejero de Trabajo y Formación de 8 de abril de 2010 (BOIB núm. 61, de 22 de abril) con el objeto de financiar acciones formativas dirigidas prioritariamente a trabajadoras y trabajadores desempleados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Así mismo, de acuerdo con el artículo 84. de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, también se comunica a las personas interesadas la apertura del trámite de audiencia, concediendo un plazo de 10 días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente en que se haya publicado para formular alegaciones y presentar los documentos y otros elementos de juicio que consideren oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
