	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;D/Dª&amp;nbsp; BEGOÑA MARÍ RUIZ, Letrado de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado de lo Social nº 001 de PALMA DE MALLORCA, HAGO SABER:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Que en el procedimiento PROCEDIMIENTO ORDINARIO 0000943/2012 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª ANA PAULA SANTOS DA SILVA contra la empresa&amp;nbsp;EL CLUB 15-15, sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“ &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;SENTENCIA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En Palma de Mallorca, a diez de marzo de dos mil dieciséis.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Vistos por mi, Elena Lillo Pastor, Magistrada-Juez&amp;nbsp; Titular del Juzgado de lo Social número Uno de Palma de Mallorca, los presentes autos de juicio sobre reclamación de cantidad seguidos ante este Juzgado con el número 943/2012, a instancia &amp;nbsp;de D.ª ANA PAULA SANTOS DA SILVA, representada por la Procuradora de los Tribunales Sra. Silvia Colom Ruiz, contra la entidad CLUB 15-15.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;FALLO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;ESTIMAR PARCIALMENTE la demanda interpuesta por D.ª ANA PAULA SANTOS DA SILVA contra la entidad CLUB 15-15, CONDENANDO A LA PARTE DEMANDADA a los siguientes pronunciamientos:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.- Al pago de la suma de 1.100 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.-&amp;nbsp; Al pago por la entidad demandada del interés previsto en el artículo 29.3 del Estatuto de los Trabajadores.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Y lo anterior, ABSOLVIENDO al FOGASA de los pedimentos deducidos en su contra, &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;sin perjuicio de las eventuales responsabilidades legales que pudieran serle exigibles de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 33 del Estatuto de los Trabajadores.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Notifíquese a las partes esta resolución, haciéndoles saber que contra la misma no cabe RECURSO ALGUNO, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 191.2.g) de la LRJS.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Llévese el original al libro de sentencias.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por esta mi sentencia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;PUBLICACIÓN.- Leída y publicada ha sido la anterior sentencia por la Ilustrísima Sra. Magistrada-Juez que la dictó, hallándose celebrado audiencia pública, en el mismo día de su fecha. Doy fe&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a&amp;nbsp;EL CLUB 15-15, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de ILLES BALEARES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;En PALMA DE MALLORCA, a veintitrés de Marzo de dos mil dieciséis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
