&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;De conformidad con lo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;dispuesto en los artículos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;38 del Real Decreto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;500/1990,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;el artículo 175&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;en relación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;al artículo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;193.1&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;del Real Decreto Legislativo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;2/2004,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;de 5 de marzo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;, por el que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;se aprueba el&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;texto refundido de la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;Ley&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;reguladora de las Haciendas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;locales,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;se encuentra expuesto al&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;público&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;en la Secretaría&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;de este Ayuntamiento,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;para&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;poder hacer&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;reclamaciones,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;el expediente de modificación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;presupuestaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;, aprobado inicialmente por &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;el Pleno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;, en la sesión &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;ordinaria de día&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt; 21&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt; de julio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;Las personas legítimamente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;interesadas podrán presentar reclamaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;, según lo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;dispuesto en el artículo 38&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;del Real&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;Decreto 500/1990&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;, y el artículo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;170.7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;, del Real &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;Decreto 2/2004&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;citado,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;y por los motivos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;enumerados en el número&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;2 del&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;artículo 170.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;El plazo de exposición&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;y admisión&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;de reclamaciones:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;quince (15)&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;días hábiles&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;a contar del siguiente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;desde la fecha&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;de publicación del presente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;anuncio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;en el Boletín Oficial&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"&gt;(BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
