	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;D/Dª&amp;nbsp; MARIA ADELAIDA GARCIA GARCIA, Letrado de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado de lo Social nº 002 de PALMA DE MALLORCA, HAGO SABER:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Que en el procedimiento PROCEDIMIENTO ORDINARIO 0000628/2015 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª&amp;nbsp; FUNDACION LABORAL DE LA CONSTRUCCION contra la empresa&amp;nbsp;INSTALACIONES Y REPARACIONES FORNES SL, sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;FALLO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Que estimando la demanda formulada por la Fundación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Laboral de la Construcción contra INSTALACIONES Y REPARACIONES &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;FORNES SL, debo condenar y condeno a INSTALACIONES Y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;REPARACIONES FORNES SL a abonar a la Fundación Laboral de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Construcción la cantidad de 264,96 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Notifíquese esta resolución a las partes en la forma que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;previene la Ley, haciéndoles saber que la misma es firme y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;frente a ella no cabe interponer recurso alguno. Procédase al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;archivo de las actuaciones, previa baja en el libro &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a&amp;nbsp;INSTALACIONES Y REPARACIONES FORNES SL, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de ILLES BALEARS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
