	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Que en el procedimiento RECURSO SUPLICACION 0000114 /2016 de esta Sección, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª ANTONIO MARTINEZ HERNAN-GOMEZ contra D. DIEGO GODOY GARCIA, D. JOSE JIMENEZ VILLENA, D. FRANCISCO MORENO HERRAIZ, D. JUAN ANTONIO CORTES CORTES, D. ANTONIO SIERRA FERNANDEZ, D. DAVID HIDALGO BERNIA, D. JULIO CESAR VAZQUEZ CANTELLI, D. MIGUEL DOMINGUEZ LOPEZ, D. BARTOLOME JIMENEZ ALONSO, D. MIGUEL RODRIGUEZ CONESA, D. ANTONIO MORALES PERAL, OBRAS Y CONSTRUCCIONES BELLVER SL, OBRAS Y CONSTRUCCIONES SIURELL SL, E IBERIA OBRA CIVIL SL, sobre RECLAMACION CANTIDAD, se han dictado las resoluciónes, cuya parte dispositiva es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DILIGENCIA DE ORDENACIÓN DEL LETRADO DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN DE JUSTICIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;D.&amp;nbsp; MARIANO R. UCERO ESTRADES &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En PALMA DE MALLORCA, a 8 de Abril de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La extiendo yo, el Letrado de la Administración de Justicia, para hacer constar que en fecha 22/03/2016 ha tenido entrada en esta Sala el presente recurso de suplicación interpuesto contra la resolución dictada por el Juzgado de lo Social núm.3 de Palma de Mallorca, en los Autos de Juicio Nº 865/2012, así como dichos autos originales. Se registra en el libro correspondiente bajo el &lt;strong&gt;núm.114/16&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Según el turno establecido y conforme a lo dispuesto en los artículos 203.2 de la Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial y&amp;nbsp; 180 de la LEC, &lt;strong&gt;se designa Magistrado Ponente &lt;/strong&gt;para la resolución de dicho recurso al ILMO &lt;strong&gt;D. ALEJANDRO ROA NONIDE&lt;/strong&gt;, tomándose nota de ello en los Libros de esta Sala.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Instruido de los Autos al Magistrado designado Ponente para la resolución del presente Recurso y dada cuenta a la Sala del contenido de los mismos, se acuerda &lt;strong&gt;admitir a trámite el recurso de suplicación &lt;/strong&gt;interpuesto por la representación de D. Antonio Martínez Hernán-Gómez contra la Sentencia de fecha 17/02/2015, dictada por el Juzgado de lo Social núm.3 de Palma de Mallorca, en los Autos de Juicio nº 865/2012 y sigan las actuaciones la tramitación correspondiente en el presente Recurso de Suplicación. Notifíquese la presente resolución a las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MODO DE IMPUGNACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;: Mediante recurso de reposición a interponer en el plazo de cinco días hábiles siguientes a su notificación, con expresión de la infracción que la resolución hubiera incurrido a juicio del recurrente, y haciéndole saber, al recurrente que no tenga reconocida la condición de trabajador o beneficiario de régimen público de la Seguridad social deberá hacer un depósito para recurrir de 25 euros en la cuenta de Consignaciones de este Tribunal, abierta en BANESTO, cuenta nº &lt;strong&gt;0446-0000-65-0114-16&lt;/strong&gt; debiendo indicar en el campo concepto, la indicación recurso seguida del código "30 Social-Reposición". Si el ingreso se hace mediante transferencia bancaria deberá incluir tras la cuenta referida, separados por un espacio con la indicación "recurso" seguida del código "30 Social-Reposición".&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Lo acordó la Sala y firma el Ilmo. Sr. Magistrado Presidente.-&amp;nbsp; Doy fe&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
