	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Por Decreto de Alcaldía de 23 de mayo de 2016 se ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“DECRETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Convocatoria de una plaza de oficial de la brigada de obras como personal laboral fijo, por el sistema de promoción interna, aprobada por Decreto de Alcaldía de 9 de febrero de 2016 y modificada por Decreto de Alcaldía de 7 de marzo de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El 6 de mayo de 2016, el tribunal calificador de la citada convocatoria propone a la Alcaldía la constitución de la bolsa de trabajo con los aspirantes que no han sido incluidos en la propuesta de contratación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;1. Aprobar, según la propuesta definitiva efectuada por el tribunal calificador nombrado al efecto, la composición de la bolsa de trabajo de oficial de la brigada de obras procedente de la convocatoria de una plaza de oficial de la brigada de obras como personal laboral fijo, por el sistema de promoción interna, convocada por Decreto de Alcaldía de 9 de febrero de 2016 y modificada por Decreto de Alcaldía de 7 de marzo de 2016, y que queda con el orden de prelación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;2. Publicar esta bolsa en el tablón de anuncios y en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;3. Esta bolsa extraordinaria tendrá una vigencia máxima de 3 años desde que se publique la resolución de constitución en el BOIB, de conformidad con el artículo 12 del Decreto 30/2009, de 22 de mayo. Una vez haya transcurrido este periodo de tiempo la bolsa pierde la vigencia y no se puede reactivar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;De conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 116 de la Ley 30/92, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, contra la presente resolución que pone fin a la vía administrativa se puede interponer, alternativamente, recurso de reposición potestativo en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que dictó el acto, a contar del día siguiente al de la recepción de esta notificación, o recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contenciosos Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses a contar del día siguiente a esta notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Si se opta por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio. El plazo para interponer, en su caso, recurso contencioso administrativo si se ha optado por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo, será de dos meses contados del día siguiente a la notificación de la resolución expresa del recurso de reposición. Si no hubiese resolución expresa el plazo será de seis meses a contar de la fecha en que se entienda desestimado por silencio el recurso de reposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Todo eso sin perjuicio de que pueda ejercitar cualquier otro recurso que considere oportuno”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
