	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Por acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 20-05-2016, se aprueba el precio público por los servicios de la Escuela de Verano de Lloseta, y que se hace público para el general conocimiento el siguiente texto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;"&lt;strong&gt;REGULACIÓN DEL" PRECIO PÚBLICO "POR SERVICIOS DE LA ESCUELA DE VERANO MUNICIPAL DE LLOSETA.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 1º. Naturaleza, objeto y fundamento.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.- De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 127 en relación con el artículo 41 ambos del RD Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, texto refundido de la ley reguladora de las haciendas locales, el ayuntamiento de Lloseta s establece el precio público para la prestación de los servicios de la Escuela de Música municipal de Lloseta, que se regulará mediante el presente acuerdo de regulación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.- Objeto. Constituyen el objeto de este precio público los servicios de la Escuela de Verano Municipal:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 2º. Sujeto pasivo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.- Están obligados al pago del precio público regulado en esta Ordenanza quienes se beneficien de los servicios de la Escuela de Verano Municipal, que se realizará a finales de junio hasta el 31 de agosto, de lunes a viernes de las 9 a 14 horas. También incluye otros servicios como:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Escuela Matinera: de lunes a viernes de 7 a 9 horas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Comedor: de lunes a viernes de 14 a 16h. Este servicio no incluye los menús.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.- Están obligados al pago las personas físicas o jurídicas que soliciten para ellas o para terceras personas cualquiera de los servicios señalados en el artículo 3º siguiente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 3º. Tarifas.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La cuantía del precio público aquí regulado será la que se fija en la tarifa mensual para cada uno de los diferentes servicios que configuran el objeto del presente precio público:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 4. Reducciones y / o bonificaciones:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Para las familias numerosas, una bonificación del 10% a partir del segundo hermano inscrito&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 5. Obligación de pago.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La obligación de pago del precio público aquí regulado nace desde que se solicita cualquiera de los servicios especificados en el art. 3.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El pago del precio público se efectuará de acuerdo con las normas de funcionamiento que dicte la alcaldía.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 6. Normas de gestión.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La recaudación del precio público (tarifa), la realizará el Ayuntamiento. El responsable nombrado entregará a la persona solicitante del servicio el correspondiente recibo. Los ingresos se realizarán por transferencia bancaria a la cuenta especificada por el Ayuntamiento o con tarjeta bancaria al propio Ayuntamiento.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 7. Infracciones y sanciones.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En materia de infracciones y su correspondiente sanción, debe tenerse en cuenta lo dispuesto en la legislación sobre régimen local y disposiciones complementarias o supletorias.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La imposición de sanciones no impide, en ningún caso, la liquidación y cobro de las cuotas defraudadas no prescritas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Disposición final.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.- En todo lo no previsto en este acuerdo se aplicará lo establecido en la vigente ley de régimen local y otras disposiciones.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.- Esta acuerdo de regulación del precio público entrará en vigor el día de su publicación en el boletín oficial de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOIB).
