	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 12 de febrero de 2016, se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2016 (&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 23, de 18 de febrero), al que se refiere el artículo 6.1 del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La Consejería de Servicios Sociales y Cooperación ha propuesto modificar dos líneas de subvenciones que gestionan las direcciones generales de Dependencia y de Planificación y Servicios Sociales, que se incluyen en el apartado 5 del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, para adaptarlas al estado de los presupuestos de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En primer lugar, en la línea de ayudas a entidades privadas sin ánimo de lucro para llevar a cabo programas en materia de acción social, destinados a la promoción social y personal de personas con discapacidad, enfermedades oncológicas, enfermedad de Alzheimer u otras demencias, enfermedades neurodegenerativas y enfermedades raras, se producen modificaciones en la fuente de financiación, el coste y la convocatoria. En segundo lugar, en cuanto a la línea sobre las ayudas a las entidades sin ánimo de lucro para llevar a cabo programas en materia de acción social orientados a proporcionar los medios de prevención, de información, de atención y de ayuda a las personas que los necesiten a causa de sus dificultades de desarrollo en la sociedad, se modifican la fuente de financiación y el coste. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Asimismo, se incluye en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones una nueva línea que gestionará la Dirección General de Planificación y Servicios Sociales. El objeto de las ayudas es el fomento de la investigación y la difusión de trabajos de investigación en el ámbito de los servicios sociales. El importe es de 15.000 euros a cargo de la partida presupuestaria 17401 31301 capítulo 4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Por todo ello, el Consejo de Gobierno, a propuesta de la consejera de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas, en la sesión de 27 de mayo de 2016, adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente Acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar las siguientes líneas de subvenciones, incluidas en el apartado 5 del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;— Atender, prevenir y promocionar la autonomía personal mediante servicios dirigidos a la integración social de personas con enfermedades oncológicas, con enfermedad de Alzhéimer u otras demencias, con enfermedades neurodegenerativas y con enfermedades raras.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;

&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;— Desarrollar servicios y programas de atención social, de orientación, de valoración y de integración para el fomento de la inclusión social.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;— Ejecutar servicios y programas de integración social dirigidos a personas en especial riesgo de vulnerabilidad.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;— Llevar a cabo programas de atención social específica de personas implicadas en un procedimiento judicial penal o civil, con independencia de la situación jurídica en que se encuentran.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;— Atender otras situaciones de necesidad social.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
