	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;D/Dª&amp;nbsp; BEGOÑA MARÍ RUIZ, Letrado de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado de lo Social nº 001 de PALMA DE MALLORCA, HAGO SABER:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Que en el procedimiento PROCEDIMIENTO ORDINARIO 0000971/2013 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª&amp;nbsp; FUNDACION LABORAL DE LA CONSTRUCCION contra la empresa&amp;nbsp;FOGASA FOGASA,&amp;nbsp;CONSTRUCCIONES Y PROMOCIONES BRUNECK SL, sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;FALLO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;ESTIMAR la demanda interpuesta por FUNDACIÓN LABORAL DE LA CONSTRUCCIÓN contra la entidad CONSTRUCCIONES Y PROMOCIONES BRUNECK, S. L., CONDENANDO A LA PARTE DEMANDADA a los siguientes pronunciamientos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;1.- Al pago de la suma de 525’97 euros, devengándose el interés previsto en el artículo 576 de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil desde la fecha de la presente resolución y hasta su efectivo pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Notifíquese a las partes esta resolución, haciéndoles saber que contra la misma no cabe RECURSO ALGUNO, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 191.2.g) de la LRJS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Llévese el original al libro de sentencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Por esta mi sentencia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;PUBLICACIÓN.- Leída y publicada ha sido la anterior sentencia por la Ilustrísima Sra. Magistrada-Juez que la dictó, hallándose celebrado audiencia pública, en el mismo día de su fecha. Doy fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a&amp;nbsp;CONSTRUCCIONES Y PROMOCIONES BRUNECK SL, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de ILLES BALEARS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;En PALMA DE MALLORCA, a diez de Mayo de dos mil dieciséis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
