	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;En complimento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 150.3 de la Ley 39/88, de 28 de diciembre, se hace público que esta Mancomunitad, en sesión de la Junta de Gobierno de 5 de abril de 2016, adoptó acuerdo inicial que se ha convertido en definitivo, al no haberse presentado reclamacione en contra del mismo, de aprobar el expediente nº. 1/2016, de modificación de créditos que afecta al vigent Presupuesto General, de la manera siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Por medio de la utilización de 566,70 € del remanente de tesorería de la liquidación presupuestaria correspondiente al ejercicio 2015, de la aplicació presupuestaria 870.00 "&lt;strong&gt;Aplicación para el financiamiento de gastos generales» &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En consecuencia, la propuesta de modificación de créditos dispondrá de la correspondiente financiación, quedanto nivelado el presupuesto de esta Mancomunidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Lo cual se hace público para el general conocimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
