	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;D/Dª&amp;nbsp; MARIA ALZIRA ABAD ROLLAND, Letrado de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado de lo Social nº 001 de IBIZA/EIVISSA, HAGO SABER:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Que en el procedimiento DESPIDO/CESES EN GENERAL 0000741/2015 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª DANIEL TUR JUAN contra la empresa&amp;nbsp;SEALER SDAD COOP DE SERVICIOS, JAIME BONET SERRA,&amp;nbsp;PISEVI INTERNACIONAL, SL,&amp;nbsp;ASESORIA M11, SC,&amp;nbsp; SEALER SOCIEDAD COOP DE SERVICIOS, ALEJANDRO HUGUET CABRERA, JAIME BONET SERRA, JAIME BONET TRUJILLO, sobre DESPIDO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Acumular este procedimiento DESPIDO OBJETIVO &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;INDIVIDUAL 0000969/2015, a los autos que en este mismo juzgado se siguen con el nº 741/15.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;El acto de conciliación y juicio señalado, dada su &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;proximidad, se suspende y se fija de nuevo para el día 28 de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Junio de 2.016 a las 12:45 horas. Cítese a las partes y, en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;caso de los demandados, vistas la diligencias practicadas con &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;resultado negativo, practíquese diligencia de averiguación de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;domicilio a través del PNJ, únanse los datos obtenidos e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;inténtese la citación a juicio en las direcciones inscritas o, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;en su caso, remítase edicto al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a&amp;nbsp;SEALER SDAD COOP DE SERVICIOS, JAIME BONET SERRA, DANIEL TUR JUAN,&amp;nbsp;PISEVI INTERNACIONAL, SL,&amp;nbsp;ASESORIA M11, SC,&amp;nbsp;SEALER SOCIEDAD COOP DE SERVICIOS, ALEJANDRO HUGUET CABRERA, JAIME BONET SERRA, JAIME BONET TRUJILLO, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
